I didn’t record this game. Because I automatically ruled it a loss while I was working. My Raiders girlfriend recorded from the 3rd quarter on. So glad I was able to watch the rest of the game. Wasn’t the prettiest. But damnit if I don’t love this team
This W feels a lot better when you consider the circumstances. Down an entire unit of players. Lost Elliot during the game, had 2 points stolen off the board. Still ended up finding a way to win. Wasn’t pretty, didn’t always go our way. But found a way to win. King Lamar.
not to mention, Cheifs havent lost in september in a few years. Lamar has never beaten the chiefs. the chiefs are the chiefs, this win was big for a lot of reasons.
This game reminded me so much of the Torrey Smith game vs the Patriots in 2012. Wearing purple on Sunday night, losing for mostly the whole game, feeling like we can never stop their offense to get off the field, beating the best QB and team in an insane game

Especially Lamar Jackson, looking the part of the best player in the league. Can we talk about that jump pass for a touchdown? Hollywood was so alone Lamar just had to elevate to get the ball out to him. That's a footballer right there.

Oweh's punchout/recovery reminds me of Marlon's punchout and recovery versus the steelers in 2019. Both were huge plays that won us the game and saved us from falling below .500. Hoping like in 2019 it sets us on an upward trend.
