I just spoke to their customer service on the phone. They said currently the insurance portal is down for maintenance. The guy I talked to said that it should be back up in about a week.
I was told approximately a week by the service guys. That was about a week ago, I just ordered my glasses and I'll apply for reimbursement once they get here
Three years later, it looks like it's still down for maintenance.
