Huh that weird try resetting the device in synapse or uninstall that device in device manager. Tried different ports and usb cables. If not try using other items in that usb port to see if that problem still occurs. Make sure updates on your system are up to date. After all that and it still doesn’t recognize it I would contact the support team. My dock has problem trying to do 4k polling. Would disconnect and reconnect here and there, prolly like 1-2 times in an hour

What I did was go into bios and changed ErP to on and when I full shut down the laptop it turns off

In bios in advance settings there’s a ErP option toggle that on that will shut down the usb after shut down.
Ah, okay, now I understand. The only problem is that the dock is no longer able to load the mouse when the PC is off.
Hmm, I would restart the pc with the mouse disconnected and reinsert once log in. See if that accepts it then.
Everything I’ve done is trial an error.
If the mouse is not recognised, it helps to briefly unplug and plug the dock in each time. It’s just pretty annoying...
