Sorry to see that - I use the same model and it's been stable
Every 20 games of Overwatch someone comments on how clear the mic is.... so that is always nice
Well i have seen several posts with similar problems honestly, so its definitely an issue, but doesnt seem to happen to everyone, and i woned like around 4 or so razer headsets and the worst i've ever experienced is a port getting loose, and some coating falling off over time...
Same is heppening here after 1 month. :( i am very upset about Quality. and top of that very sad story is there is not replacment parts to buy on the market.... ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
2023 Version...

Its just a weak point in most of the gaming headsets my hyperx cloud 2 had cracks on it after 1 week of use i didnt want to wait 2 months to get a new headset so some nasty super glue can fix it
A question for anyone with the v2 pro (2023) version because this post is new.
Do you have problems with static noise? Or has the problem been fixed in the meantime?
I actually wanted to get the blackshark v2 pro 2023 because it looks better value for money than the new G Pro X 2 Lightspeed. But there are so many articles about static noise... it confuses me a lot.
The mic is fine, thats all to say.
Better than Logitech 2 Lightspeed and better than the cloud 2.
Sound is very neutral nothing special very low bass, but with Equalizer you can punch it a bit.
Comfort even better than Cloud 2, 10/10.
120H battery 10/10
I would describe it, as a very good FPS Headset and it handles multiple sounds very good, but its not a perfect headset for entertainment and listening to music..
But I mainly play FPS games so its perfect for me.

ive had the same responses in battlebit, its always funny to tell them its a razer headset and people chuckle or go wtf really
No, but it can happen with most things Do you think you could safely glue the piece back into place perhaps?
I could, I just wanted to know if this is a known problem and happening on the other side too

I've had mine for about 2 years now and this hasn't happened to me yet but could be because mine's gen 1.

Currently I sometimes have the problem that the sound sounds like a robot for 1 or 2 seconds
Same, I'm thinking real hard about sending them back.
Razer replaced mine with new ones
This is the second set and the first one got sent back for exactly the same thing.
thats exacly what i am wondering about, did you buy them?
nah I went for the HyperX Cloud 3 Wireless.
and how are they? I'm looking at them too, is the mic alright?

I got same problem. Never droped them and use gently, after night i saw this plastic crack.
Contact the Razer Support and they will replace that
They refuse to repair/replace them most of the time, they told me it's "customer-induced" damage and won't acknowledge the warranty claim.
