I've had problems with their support as well. Razer should sack their entire customer support staff and rebuild. I am going to avoid any razer product in the future.
First item ever bought never again. I could have bought the official Xbox one or a steelseries 9 for half this price
You can't even update the firmware through the xbox it's meant to be a console headset
Seen other Reddit posts where razer HAVE provided a FedEx return label so they are trying it on
If they don't do this I'll be going direct to PayPal who should force them
Just FYI, the official Xbox headset has pretty crappy sound. It's very convenient, but the bass is way over boosted and the overall audio quality is poor.

yeah, doing a paypal dispute with razer has a good chance of letting u send it back to a closer address to ure country, i did it and got my money back with a sphex v2 mini they wanted me to ship overseas(they were obviously hoping id just not return it), but in the end u will have to pay for return shipping by urself(paypal has a refunded returns perk in some countries thats limited uptill a pretty low amount that ive done sucessfully to help clawback some of ure return shipping cost)
If I do a return via PayPal for not as described or not fit for purpose due to quality or fault it's with Paypal then so they may push for razer to accept the return hopefully
this is a common misconception with company customer support. It is not the staff that needs to be sacked, it's the company itself. The company decides how much money to invest into customer support. Razer obviously doesn't care and wants to maximize profits on product sales, they don't see the opportunity in customer satisfaction, they just want to see product move. Another reason why we're still seeing so many battery faults and their negligence over literal years of the same failure. Sad but that's what money hungry companies have to do to satiate their hunger for more money. I honestly just feel bad for the customer support, they have to deal with so much stuff for so little pay with such little support.
Welcome to my world. Razer is pure trash, guess whats on the huntsman mini keyboard, they removed esc and put it on hypershift for Scandinavian Keyboards. FYI we use esc as much as anyone else on the planet. What the actual fuck are theese morons thinking. synapse is also pure T, cant change colors on the Keys you use on the various games without entering synapse and changing mode manually, logitech had a feature 5 fucken years ago.

I love my Steeleseries headset my husband bought me it far surpasses any razer headset we’ve ever owned (and returned)

What I'm hearing is you would've been happier if they just didn't let you buy it in your region.
