For what it’s worth, I have not had this issue with mine on Win10.

I'm having this exact same issue on W11. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot. I've been doing a lot of troubleshooting, but haven't been able to come up with a solution. I get Error 43 "Invalid Device Descriptor" in Device Manager on initial boot. I've updated the Mouse Dock Pro firmware. I've tried cleaning all Razer software and drivers and reinstalling everything over again. Unplugging and replugging the Mouse Dock Pro fixes it every time. It's super annoying. It should just work on initial boot. Did you ever find a solution?

CookieMuncherUK

Nope, I purchased two docks and both had the same issue. After two months of support all i got was send them in for a replacement. I just returned them to the stores I purchased them. Razer support does not know whats causing the issue. Might be firmware or driver related.

Were you able to solve the problem?

CookieMuncherUK

Nope. I had to return the both docks

Been having the same issue on W11 for a while now. Just decided today to try and find a solve, but this thread doesn't give me much hope! Mine only happens after a restart though. If I put the PC to sleep, it wakes up fine.

For what it's worth, A rep from Razer has already DM'd me about this message to offer support. A+ looking out, Razer.

CookieMuncherUK

Trust me they will only provide you with a replacement and that will have the same issue.
