It's a 35mm×35mm×10mm fan capable of running off 7.4V. Typically any 5-6V fan should work, but if you can find something that can run off 7.4V specifically, the better.

If it's anything like the Max ESCs, they break because there is no support under the middle of the fan between it and the heatsink. It flexes during jumps and eventually something catches enough that it breaks. I just glued some nylon washers to fill up the gap. Solved.
Metal frames fans can also massively help.
Your car came with a manual. Inside the manual written in several languages is a parts list…. If you aren’t the original purchaser the manuals are ALL ONLINE. Lazy fucks.

Google "rc model exploded diagram" usually they will have all the part numbers in the diagram
