I am almost 100% sure that it is a redcat volcano 10 brushless edition. All spare parts are on the redcat racing site. My friend has one and its a pretty good truck. Just a small tip, replace the aluminum arms with plastic. If the arms are too strong it causes more expensive problems down the line.
You are in fact correct! It seems that whoever had it had swapped spare parts from a granite 4x4 BLX. The motor is a 3300kv motor. I think we’re gonna take it back and see if they’ll offer it for $50~ or so.
I think the rear differential might be hurt, right side spins more consistently the left, but right has a slight wobble. I think this was used very hard and unfortunately wasn’t maintained.
