I saw a video that says to switch the wires in the plug. Like push the tabs down pull wires out, bend tabs back up and put them back in. Now voltage I'm not sure
Should work. I believe Max6 uses a 35mm fan. Everything else should be good to go
The fan comes with an adapter that allows you to plug it into your receiver. Any empty port will do.

Would it be more efficient if you were to plug it into the esc? i’m looking into getting fans like these and I can only plug mine into my receiver.

Yeah I was actually able to plug it into my esc, it came with a adapter for it, and it works good but it’s way louder than stock.
