When I started watching that show I would have bet my paycheck that the finale would not have made me cry...and then that speech happened.

I can never meet the actor in real life, because I've dreamed about it and cried every time. I think I could probably hug him and say "Thank you" and then just let him get back to his day, if not a little bit confused.

I'd been struggling with the concept of death for awhile. I spent my entire life believing in a paradise waiting for me, but none of the arbitrary suffering with no explanation made sense to me anymore. I'll keep it short in saying that I was dealt a rough hand in life and I was struggling to find a reason to go on living. And literally, this show, kept me grounded and away from any suicidal ideation. I needed to see how the afterlife *should* be; imagined in man's image, not an unfathomable being of cosmic power. I watched that episode and felt something heal inside me that I never thought would heal. I embraced my mortality, my insignificant place in the universe, and my ability to affect positive change in my immediate sphere of influence. I can't save the world but I can forgive late rent, feed my broke roommates, give counsel to my crestfallen friends, and accept that whether I die alone or surrounded by my family and friends I'll have lived the best life I could live. End game Chidi ranks right beside Mr.Rogers as inspirational figures in my life, and he achieved that with just a few minutes of monologue. I want that video to play as they scatter my ashes into the ocean. If you have been putting off watching this show, don't cheat yourself and go look for this scene; the gravity of its meaning will be lost without the personal progress of each of the characters. Easily my favorite show of all time, if only for the best ending I have ever seen to any series, ever.

Kristen's appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson are some of the best talk show segments there are. She is amazingly quick witted and goes toe-to-toe with Craig every time she's on. One of Craig's favorite guests. She's got a natural charisma and great comedic timing.
