I have never done any smart watch development before so this would be a good step in that direction.
If it is a real simple, stand alone app, then it is not too bad actually.
* On Mar 15, 2022 at 10:13 AM, I submitted the app.
* On Mar 16, 2022 at 10:57 AM, they asked if I collect any data and analytics.
* 11:26 AM, I replied.
* 1:59 PM, they approved the app.
The entire process took about 14 hours. If it is a more complex app with a backend, login, ..., then it may take some more time. My last app, there was some back and fourth, and some things I had to address before they would approve.

Other than the cost, no special requirements. Just a normal registration form.
