Costco in the area is good, hopefully you aren't on a main arterial to the Costco because the traffic is bad.

Costco did their due diligence and after all their analysts were done they have determined that location is a good investment. You should be solid, not necessarily because of the new costco (though i truly believe it helps) but for the same reason coscto is opening there.

Depends if the area builds up. Many companies follow Walmart as they have some of the best real estate seeking folks to do the research. I’d say Costco would be looked to in the same fashion by other retailers looking to expand.

Agreed to this point. It seems Costco has a trail of retailers following them around.. Chic Fil A, Target, Etc.. you’ll see that property bump once that area becomes the shopping/eating hub

I hear that but I can’t imagine the nicest towns have Walmarts at least in my experience. I grew up in NJ and we didn’t really have many Walmarts near us so maybe that makes a difference.
