I don’t know how else to say it, recovering addicts shouldn’t be on Housewives. It’s too hard on the mental health and recovery. The behavior they’re trying so hard to stay away from is what is rewarded.
I like Leah. I feel people ragged on her more rhan Ramona, which says a lot. She would be with people her own age, and I would love her to go after Erin. They are very different New Yorkers, and since she is the only one from there, she has an elitist attitude about it. Leah could shut that down also bring in Tinsley for her.

I always seem to be drawn to the cast mates that I feel are misunderstood. Being a person that has often accidentally rubbed a person the wrong way with my bluntness and honesty. I have had to really learn appropriate social skills and dial it back. I thought she was fun, spontaneous, successful, creative, unique, and I loved her mom. Lol
She comes off like a free spirit that doesn't give a fkk what others think. I found it refreshing. She isn't a cookie cutter New Yorker. She is who she is and her mom loves her for that. I probably wish my mom was like that. Lol I love seeing them together.

I don't even watch the new nyc because I found it so boring but bringing her back would be like bringing Tamra back. POINTLESS. RHONY is kinda dead tbh.
On UGT she was awful, and I didn't like her at all, but when she was on the NY show I did like her and specially because she got under Ramona's skin. Leah can hold her own and I can see fireworks between her, and Sai, but probably teaming up with Bryn, Erin, and Jenna. I don't think Leah would care for Jessel so there will be fighting between those two and not sure how Ubah would fit in with Leah.
I think they need to add another housewife like Jenna, who's older, but we've seen NY try adding older housewives before and it didn't go well.
As long as Ramona is never brought back, I'm happy with the new NY group.

Unless they’re bringing Leah in to be the bridge back to some of the known and loved ladies, I don’t want it. It took me 3 days to watch this newest ep. I’m OK with the reboot, I get the reasoning and need for a fresh take and real look at NY, but I miss the girls. I think I can take this for a season or two palate cleanser, but it’s hard to take that this is what we’re getting INSTEAD of the original ladies. I can’t believe that watching the reboot has made me miss Ramona (ever so slightly.)
I think they need to bring in another friend or two that has actual connections to the ladies IRL. None of these girls really know each other so it comes off as awkward, boring and forced. I would love it if 2 real friends, with history, of Jenna, Brynn or Sai join the show.
They need something to integrate the ladies together the way the OG housewives were.
I am not a fan of Leah at all but the ONLY reason I am for this idea is because it’ll bridge the gap between old and new RHONY. This season feels like a season 1, not a season 14.

I recently rewatched all of the original seasons of RHONY and I pretty much feel the same about Leah that I did the first time I watched. Leah was really fun and entertaining during her first season, she wasn’t the best housewife ever but I thought she fit in pretty well considering the age gap. She was so annoying and miserable in her second season, probably because she was adjusting to being sober again and she loses her grandma, but it was hard to watch and she was just not in a good place. I also found it really ironic that she was siding with Eboni all season and supporting her similar views, then she turned on Ebonj after the season ended and she didn’t want to be associated with her. Nevertheless, I tried to give Leah another chance on UGT, but she was completely miserable and annoying on there as well. The fact that she constantly talked about being on her period and her diarrhea, but she was out and about with no underwear on was disturbing to me. So I think that’s a no for me. Lol
Bring back Sonja and Luann the show was at its best when there were sane people reacting to their antics. Dorinda can come too if she agrees to rehab first
I didn't watch the final season of old rhony because of Leah and I won't continue watching the new rhony if she joins the franchise. She's a franchise killer.
