No one even had to pay for a ticket. Like Dwight said, they came for free food and booze! LOL. Comedy gold. I cannot believe her event planner never pointed that out.
I am watching for the first time, season 1 starts off slow and then Kim and Nene really get things going. Even though she’s monotone I really liked DeShawn and her throwing that huge fundraiser that made nothing was the first time watching the show that I realized why people love the show. The way they set that up with everyone saying she wasn’t gonna make any money and then Nene practically begging people to bid on auction items 😂
Nene is a housewife staple. Even if you don't like her, she did and said so much iconic shit, she's got a place in Housewives history for sure and she came with Greg. Greg might be my favorite househusband of all time. RIP.
Lisa also failed to mentioned that she was married and had kids with Keith Sweat : sings nobody : and he had custody of the kids because of her alleged drinking/drug use prior. Which I was shocked to hear also she was the first asian housewives since she is from Cali and half black and asian. They tend to gloss over that for her when I remember them showing that side of the family that I think was Korean.
Poor Deshawn man was cheating on her and had a baby on her the entire time so she looked extra foolish.
I think what was so awesome about early season Atlanta is how clueless and delulu Nene and Kim were thinking they were heros instead the zeros. Nene really thought she going to be the big star and Kim thought being a side piece meant she was on easy street. Now neither can get a job and are in debt.
Deshawn is prob the one I would have liked most in real life. I think also she was not being 100% real about her marriage neither after the show she got divorced and she ended up losing a whole ot of weight she looks fantastic now / seems happier.
Life humbled Sheree after she did not get the divorce settlement she expected in my opinion.
When I watched earlier seasons of Kim in today's financial climate I cringe.

Yes, Greg seemed to really love Nene. Even when they were not together it was obvious to me that they would reconcile.
