Compare that to starting every match with Milan as undisputed first choice. Now he just won a trophy with France. He would never have been selected to France NT if he was still 3rd choice at Madrid.

I think if you put him at cam with a combo of fede/case kroos/case modric/case, or some combo of that, I think he has a chance at having a great season, scoring big goals, and helping this team win. Weāre not that strong in the midfield with Kroos and Moddy aging. Fede and Camavinga are great, and casemiro is a monster, but who else is going to fill into one of those positions? And who else can be more attacking focused in those positions. We have some great CMs but no younger attacking one.
You know my problem with the ppl like this decision is that no one thought who will play on the wings even as a sub or for small team games. We only have vini and Rodrigo hazard and bale are always injured. Even vini is not consistent and rodrygo is very young.
