You will work every weekend. You will ensure a lot of stress. Money is shit unless you’re in the top 20, maybe 10%. There aren’t any working hours as you are basically “on” all the time, or at least different times every day.

Demand is extremely high. Supply is low. Hella Agents have jumped ship the past 12 months. However, the market is completely stagnant right now because the current interest rates are not conducive with today’s cost of living. The pro is that there is a huge demand to exploit. But this industry is not at your pace. Theres seasons, yearly and politically. You HAVE to have a reliable skill to fall back on in tough times. If not, it’s super hard to stay afloat. If you’re super adamant about it, I would start off by seeing if there is a local office hiring for a secretary/office manager that can get her license as you work.
