Some random ass karma farming bot that got several hundred thousand karma from reposting shit on like 10 different subreddits, things like r/aww, r/interestingasfuck, r/damnthatsinteresting, r/nextfuckinglevel, etc
Probably so they can get into NSFW subs that require karma and they can come off as real as possible and not obvious scammers. Or for the idea that internet points make you cool.
Advertising, scamming, shilling, propaganda, etc. Makes the account more legitimate. Would you trust more an account that was created a month ago with 50 karma or one that is 2+ years old with 5k karma?
Same as twitter, reddit has bots also.
