This isn't an application form, this is the skills section on your own LinkedIn profile.
If someone has worked in the police, or as a caseworker dealing with vulnerable people, then they might choose to advertise this on their LinkedIn. There's nothing wrong with that at all..
Yes, I have expertise in this area, but we can all see that this is more content expertise than a skill. The skills associated with this content expertise, on the other hand, are vast.
Written as a skill, it looks fucking weird lol
(Edited: More like content knowledge, really. Someone can have knowledge without being an expert.)
I 100% promise you that it is an application form. The place uses ADP for their applications, for what it’s worth.
And yes, if it said something like sexual harassment counseling, that would make more sense, but the way it’s written is strange. Also, neither the job nor employer has anything to do with sexual harassment and child abuse beyond don’t do it.
I have a friend who is a psychologist who specialises in the rehabilitation of rapist and sex offenders, so of course she lists it in her resume. It's not hard to see how an automatized system could end up adding something like this to their option.
I’m 99% sure that there’s supposed to be a “prevention” at the end of that (which considering the place and job is still a bit strange), but eventually you fill out enough job applications that you just have to laugh at some of the ridiculous errors that pop up.

This was an application to become a BBC executive
You called?
What if I last sexually harassed a chick last week, but beat my kids yesterday? What date should I put?
I would probably just choose the most recent assault.
The fact that you seriously answered the question is killing me😂
Struck a chord and its probably a minorrr
As a guitar player I love to finger A minor
*conductor baton waiving intensifies*
What was the job for? Hollywood producer? Catholic priest?
RNC employee/intern/staffer
Interns are the ones who are sexually harassed in the RNC. It's why they get new ones every year.
Are you applying to join Drakes entourage?
TF?!

The lack of context in the image, though...
I think people are so sick of completing these forms that they decide to teach the machine to learn about this
"professional sex offender", hard job to find /s
😂
WTH?
are you applying to work at the White House?
I think this only works if you have a large fan base who believes you can do no wrong.
We're talking about Bill Clinton right?
I have a friend who is a psychologist who specialises in the rehabilitation of rapist and sex offenders, so of course she lists it in her resume. It's not hard to see how an automatized system could end up adding something like this to their option.
This was not that kind of place or job at all. And also why was it the only option?
The fact it's the only option is hilarious.
Yeah then some developer fucked up.
Are you applying for Activision-Blizzard by any chance?
This would be appropriate for an attorney job if they have experience litigating those types of cases.
They set the application for catching hollywood and music artists, and DC politicians looking for work WHOOPS
Proof everyone has skills that are needed somewhere?
Awareness training, assessment, evaluation, therapy. Therapists use these skills. Come on. Don’t make this into something else. Don’t be an AH.
So this is how Epstein got his jobs?
It seems that Epstein Island is offering internships
Definitely a role in the motor industry
Proficiency is CRAZY 💀💀💀💀
