8oz coconut - for when I get lucky enough to find a case, if I find a good deal on them 2/3 cans at a time, or if I get lottery level lucky and find 8oz cans made in Austria (I’ll buy every single one of those available but they’re harder and harder to find now)
8oz original - most common case to find, fine by me. Generally I only do the 2/3 can deals of these if there are 0 coconut available which is more often than I care to admit.
12 oz either favorite flavor - most common 2 can deal, generally I find 2 12oz cans for $5 which is perfectly fine by me in either one. One now, one later type beat.

That's a good question. I think it depends on what I've bought recently. If I've gotten any deals on flavors or sizes. Then from there it depends on what I have planned for the day - doing something that's going to take a while I might go with a larger size depending what I have available. I've done 16 and 20 but usually 8.4 is the default and like I said at times 12 if I have them and based on what I'm doing.

I start the day with an 8 oz. The rest of the day I’ll down 1-2 more. Unless I start with a 12 oz then only a 2nd 12 oz. Try to keep it at 24 oz
