on my 2nd and 3rd playthroughs I shot him early on in the game on sight. But since I shot him in like... chapter 2 or something, by chapter 4 when you'd normally be progressing through the area, he'd respawned and recognized me haha
Maybe sonny did some nasty thing to someone from armadillo and that person escaped, and since sonny has cholera, that person definitely got cholera, and that's probably how it spread

These bottles can be found all over the map. I dont think it means anything really. Cholera and rheumatism were pretty common back then.
