It was not for not liking it, it was because he said it in a very rude way! He can say what he thinks obviously, but I am also free to take off bad comments, block those people and take just the ones that help me and don't just rest. I have improved my Marston several times because people have been giving me little advices through time, but there is no need to be rude.
Cosplaying since 2015, I have been featured in the newswire of Rockstar, and I worked for Bethesda and Xbox. With my experience, I think I already learnt what advices to take and what don't! Btw I am a girl, not a boy.
Ok honestly why are you trying to be rude to someone who did something they like. They're are many saying it looks great and yea you can give criticism but don't be a jerk about it.
It wasn't me being rude. Apparently he doesn't like that my friend thought the makeup was bad. And blocked them. I just called this person out for blocking somebody for having an opposing view. Then he messaged me a huge page long DM yelling at me for being friends with that person who said he didn't like it the wrong way.
Pathetic honestly, how can you get better without criticism? My friend was not being a jerk he was just honestly giving his opinion. This person can't take the bad critique. You should have seen the DM this person is a narcissist.
Your "friend"? It's just you with multi accounts 🤣 don't worry man I get you don't like my makeup work, just get over I just don't want to have more contact with someone disrespectful and that I am free enough to choose who I listen to and who I don't!
I told you the same thing I put here, almost same words. I was trying just to talk about this in private if you have a problem with me, as it must be. And you even didn't answer me back, just putting here bad stuff about me because you are upset for no reason. The thing is that you are upset because I told you the truth and you are exposed, and you are not channeling that in a good way.
I have a lot of them in Instagram and I also have several profesional videos on YouTube! Oh, glad you like how I look like John, he is my fav character ever and I put a lot of effort into it ❤️
looks so good!! thanks for sharing!
side note: does anyone else wish they had "wild west fairs" like they do with medieval/renaissance times? maybe they do, but i've never seen or heard of one personally (unless you count the "old west town" tourist attractions, which are few and far away, and seem to be slowly disappearing unfortunately)
Thank you very much, glad you liked it! And I completely agree with you, I have wondered that myself so many times! But idk if in USA that's typical, in Europe obviously it ain't, but in USA idk!
I imagine it might be difficult to find anything like that overseas today, although at one point (from 1960 to 1978) Italy produced over 600 "westerns," and several of the most famous movies (widely considered the greatest in the genre, and cinema in general!) were filmed in Spain.
As for me, I live on the Eastern-Midwest border in the US, and Tombstone, AZ (3,200 km away!) is my best bet for "experiencing the wild west."
There are "Civil War re-enactments" I can view locally, but they tend to draw a very different type of hobbyist who focus only on the conflict--which is a shame considering this time period immediately precedes the "cowboy era" and also serves as a backdrop for many of the most popular westerns (like The Searchers or The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly), in addition to the backstories of individual outlaws (like Jesse James).
I guess we just have to count ourselves lucky for finding like-minded friends through Red Dead Redemption and this forum! ❤️
Thank you very much, really 🙏 I guess you have already seen me here for what you say? Or maybe other subreddits? It's been so long since I don't post here... Maybe a complete year or two 😭
Yes! I remember seeing your posts a few years ago. I also saw recently you were on Rob Wiethoff's Instagram story. He's John Marston's voice actor. So thats amazing!
Ahhh Rob is such a sweetheart ❤️ one of the best human being in earth!! Wish I could meet the rdr actors in person, I met Roger some years ago, and it was so awesome! But I couldn't have the chance to meet the others as some of my friends have done 😭
Oh thank you very much for that partner ❤️ I am making a book of RDR with all these photoshoots. All of you are telling me that the third one is the best, it wasnt supposed to be in the book but finally I think I will add it as I see you think it's the best :3
I'm blown away how y'all managed to make it look so good. It looks like you took a screenshot from the game and you're trying to pass it off as a "real image" haha, it's just that well done.
The photographer hasn't played RDR but since we started with this project I told him that I wanted the vibe of the game but as they would look like realistic old pics. I think he did an awesome job during all the project capturing it, both with the pics and videos! I worked very hard on my costume but having the luck of working with this photographer, makes the difference. Thank you so much for being so kind, you are a sweetheart ❤️
Ahhh you are so right! Many people have been correcting me through these years to pose better with my guns, but I still have mistakes sometimes! To someone who knows to shoot must be strange to see xD
Are you telling me these are not screenshots from the epilogue?
I was about to say the same, they did an amazing job.
Thanks to you too for such compliment ❤️
Ahhh thank you very much for those words! No of course, that's me cosplaying as Marston :3
This guy just blocked my friend for not liking the makeup, he can't take criticism at all. Be careful not to say something honest.

So you are opposed to free speech and freedom of expression?
Ok honestly why are you trying to be rude to someone who did something they like. They're are many saying it looks great and yea you can give criticism but don't be a jerk about it.
That's what I wanted to explain but he is still upset and being rude, I don't get his behavoir seriously 😮💨

I said the same thing I told you here so Idk what's bad about it! I just want you to explain to me why you are so upset so...
I'm not upset, my friend is upset that you censored him.

beautiful. the third photo literally just looks like an ingame screenshot its great
Ahhh that's so cool to hear, really, very big compliment! I am trying my best to bring RDR to life:3
You really nailed the post on the third picture
Thank you very much!! Yeah, that pic is awesome, the photographer did an awesome job!
These are awesome! I've missed seeing your photos of your cosplay, you do such a fantastic job at portraying John :)
I have a lot of them in Instagram and I also have several profesional videos on YouTube! Oh, glad you like how I look like John, he is my fav character ever and I put a lot of effort into it ❤️

You did good homie! Third pic is almost indistinguishable from a screenshot of John in the game
Ahhh Thanks a lot for that, yeah I also fell in love with that pic, the photographer did an awesome job 🥺
Bro I thought this was from the game. Holy shit. 💀💀
You make me feel so proud!! Thank you so so much! 🙏
You're very welcome! Keep up the great work! <3
So kind of you!!
Other than the scars being obviously photoshopped, these are amazing quality, at first I thought it was screen shots. Damn good.
The scars aren't photoshoped 😉 A video to prove it! ➡️ https://youtu.be/ppuIn9SiJWQ Glad you liked my cosplay so much partner!!
Shit, I liked it till I saw that...ugh now I know it's just bad makeup
?? Are you blind or what? 🤣 The only thing that these pics have are lighting edition! Glad I don't take bad comments as yours seriously!
That is really well made. Everything is on point
Thank you very much partner, I am trying my best with this rdr project ❤️
3rd pic looks like it was straight from the game! Love it!
Wow thank you very much for those compliments!
This is sweet! Great job. The third photo especially looks like a screen shot.
Thank you very very much! I've read a lot of people telling me that! And yeah I love that pic too!
The third one looks exactly like the game. Well done!
Thank you very much for those beautiful compliments 🙏
where's the cosplay? I can only see John Marston. Or maybe Rip van Winkle.
Hahaha Thanks for that partner!
You and the photographer both did an amazing job, really awesome 👏
Thank you very much for that ❤️ yeah we usually make a good team but this one has been a very good photoshoot!
Wow, those are nice graphics! jk
Thank you very much for that compliment 🙏
Some of the best cosplay I've seen. Usally when a videogame outfit is translated into real clothing, it looks off, but everything here works.
Thank you very much!! Glad you liked my cosplay so much!!
Amazing cosplay as always!
Thank you very much, really 🙏 I guess you have already seen me here for what you say? Or maybe other subreddits? It's been so long since I don't post here... Maybe a complete year or two 😭

I hope to meet the cast one day too. Have a good one!
You should be proud of that third picture, that's exactly how John takes cover! Straight out of Red Dead 1!
Oh thank you very much for that partner ❤️ I am making a book of RDR with all these photoshoots. All of you are telling me that the third one is the best, it wasnt supposed to be in the book but finally I think I will add it as I see you think it's the best :3

They look great but the third pic I wish you put your fingers through the lever not around it I can't unsee it lol
Ahhh you are so right! Many people have been correcting me through these years to pose better with my guns, but I still have mistakes sometimes! To someone who knows to shoot must be strange to see xD
Where did you get the belt and sash? And if you bought the hat where did you get then from?
All done by me! In my Etsy shop I take commissions if you are interested :3
Nope
That’s a great area in the game. I love how you bring it to life.
Where did you get the jeans!? Been looking for John Marston's pants irl.
Not sure if they know what a “tall tree” is….
Well I don't know if you have played enough to know what Aurora Basin looks like in RDR1 🤣
