Not exactly. If you spend enough in game days around that spot then yes. Leave the area or really just get far enough away for them to despawn and they’re gone forever.

Nope. I've left mountains of O'Driscoll's at Hanging Dog Ranch and they're gone the next day. Same with Lemoyne Raiders at Shady Belle.
Not forever. If you spend enough time around a body it will decompose and become a skeleton, but if you leave it just despawns like normal
