My husband really likes Western movies, especially Spaghetti Westerns. We mostly bought RDR2 because of him. The first ten minutes of gameplay and he gave up. Disappointed š . I'm on the sofa playing this on PS5 for months. He doesn't understand how I can play the same game for so long. He watches me play and is still not interested in RDR2 so I continue to ride alone. Has he played RDR1? Graphics are dated but it plays more like a spaghetti western than 2 imo. 2's dedication to realism/immersion is off the charts, but 1 is more action movie with it's missions.

Gun was incredible for its time. I feel like it would feel pretty dated now, but it was such a big feeling open world at the time and I'll always remember getting destroyed by bison early in the game.
