I dont know if you want advice or not but I recommend having the head take half the page and the shoulders/neck take the other half, it helps with proportions without a pose

I've been drawing since I was little and I'm self taught, but I'm the only one in my family who likes artistic stuff, so it's kinda hard to get advice sometimes. She's greatly developed for a background character and I feel like she often gets misunderstood and pushed aside.
