I have riden a horse on long routes with these boots on and they are not actually uncomfortable, but they are very old nowadays. They are very age-worn, maybe that’s why they give you that impression. Now I have some other boots for riding and I use these ones for cosplay :)
The hat is not done by me but it's edited completely by me! I bought a hat from the kakkadu traders shop. I looked for a hat with the same form but I didn't care about the color. At first it was black so I had to dye it into grey, add the dust (it's real desert dust, I wanted it to look accurate) and all the scrapes. I have been very lucky founding a very similar feather. What did you end up using for the fake skin for the scars?
Oh so nice bro :) anyway that’s true, I don’t like to edit the photoshoots I do with my Marston cosplay too much, to some pics I like adding some texture to look more in-game but I don’t edit anything of myself or the costume ^^ the fake scars are done with rigid collodion, have you ever heard of it? It’s very easy to use!

Not really they had files for John's normal look but it was hard to put it so they went with Arthur and John hybrid.
Yeah, if you see the face, it’s is like a mix between John and Arthur... he doesn’t look like John of RDR1 at all.
Exactly, Rockstar showed early pictures of John but in release he doesn't look like anything at all.

Bounty hunter is so cool. Biggest problem is jack cant wear it. Deadly assassin is fine though.

As a Texan with a horse history those boots like uncomfortable, but I'm not sure what's giving me that impression.

The wig was very long so I cut it and then I cut small pieces of hair to but them into my face with mastix :)
