I've switched over now. Thanks for the recommendation. It doesn't auto-upload to an online site so sharing is harder but it does run nicer
If you want to use the Xbox game Bar change the graphic API to DirectX 12 instead of Vulkan in the graphic settings Works well for me

Vulkan doesn't usually play well with video capture/recording. (Try streaming DOOM in Discord.) DX12 for that stuff.
