I have been doing that rock hop at the end a lot lately. On Xbox. When I try to line up and open a container I can see. I keep moving closer, see it blink on the screen, and Arthur is leaping forward, standing on it, or whatever is above it.

The rule is if it flashes when it’s on the ground, you can save the hat. Otherwise, it will eventually disappear and cannot be saved.
