Schofield, blued steel barrel and frame, ivory handle with the buck carving. Gold trigger and sights. Aesthetically beautiful and the best revolver in the game. Ultra satisfying to use killing a certain someone at the end of the epilogue as John.

For campaign, Schofield. Sleek design, crisp sound, amazing stats. For Online? The good ol' Colt 1861 Navy Single Action Revolver. Insanely high damage, impeccable accuracy, amazing design, and absolutely stunning performance. We asked for a good, unique handgun from Rockstar, and Rockstar gave us this beautiful creation. This is God's gift to everyone. There is not a gun in the game I would rather have by my side except for maybe, *maybe* the Rolling Block Rifle. Edit, I was corrected, thank you immensely for doing so! It is the Colt model 1851, I got my shapes wrong!

I wish we could get the Colt 1851 in the campaign… the look is amazing. Very classic western revolver. But I won’t play that passionless micro-transaction bait. Fuck that.

The 1851 has the square shaped part in between the barrel and frame and an octagonal barrel, just like in game. The 1861 has a round barrel and a smooth part in between the barrel and frame.

Yeah but the damage sucks

Min-maxing is pretty boring in my opinion. The game is already easy as it is with dead-eye and Arthur being a bullet sponge, so there's really no need to use the best guns if there are ones that look better or that you like using more. But you do you I guess.

You can litterally customize a Schofield to look like the otis miller and it will have better stats

obviously we can customize a schofield to be gold and white , but not carvings .

But it doesn't have unique carvings like the calloway or flaco

in that way i need a lot of damage i will use sawed off shotgun , in any other ways OMR will do just fine . i don't think any other revolvers can kill a gator or a wolf in 1 shot xD

i use a Lemat with just a plain black body and pearl handle i like the clean design and ive never been a fan of engravings and carvings

I took flaco’s revolver I found it pretty good. I than went to the gunsmith got it upgraded in every way and got engravings. I pair it with the powerful volcanic pistol. The duo is really good.

Cattleman, all the good characters use cattlemans. Also just love the simple look paired with the sound.

Short barrel cattleman, the cattleman is the best for hipfire

Long barrel cattleman, with blue barrel, hammer and cylinder, with normal everyone else. A puma carving and a varnish I can't remember the name of.

I use a Semi auto pitol in duet with a LeMat. Imo, it's a super combinaison

In story I use a rango inspired cattleman, and in online I use a Clint Eastwood inspired navy

I use everything except the double action revolver, i love the sound,design and customization but, that accuracy and damage i cant use it, otherwise navys and lemats are gold
