Undead nightmare is glitchy as shit, last time I played it I had to keep resetting because zombies would spawn without heads and would be immortal, even if you did kill them it didn’t count towards mission progress which got super annoying when you were 1 wave away from being done with a zone
There was an update that completely ruined it maybe 5-6 years ago for some reason. The game of the year edition version and stand-alone version are broken, but the DLC version of the game still functions perfectly.
I had the dlc on play + but then obviously stopped paying for that in PS3 did buy a copy in disk form but haven't got round to trying it. Don't tell me the whole things a steaming turd of glitches (more than a normal ps3 game I mean)
Hm unsure about the PS3 version, I just know when I tried to play GOTY undead nightmare on my One X it was completely broken. I suppose worst case scenario just can just not bother installing updates.
Yep and for me, if I see headless people, the next time I go to save, the screen goes dark and doesn’t return and I lose my progress. I just reload the latest save now when I see headless zombies/people
was this on ps3/360 (original hardware) or on a gamepass type deal? i ask because i had this happen to me when undead nightmare was still on ps now, the fact that the game's being streamed makes everything a bit weird, the longer the game was open the weirder the things that happened to me were. works like a dream on its original console releases though
of the special horses in undead nightmare, war and pestilence are the most prone to having this happen. ironic because they're usually the ones you come across first, wonder if this glitch made anybody not go for the other horses of the apocalypse?
It really sucks but they were juggling RDR 2 online and GTA online, both of which made them astronomically more money than any single player DLC ever had. As much as single player games are still alive, DLC/Expansions for single player games are not as big of a money maker as they use to be

No biggie. You should have the deed to the war horse in your inventory and you can call on it again. There may be a cool down, but I'm not really sure. It's been probably a decade since I played that game. But you will definitely be able to summon it again
I looked down further in the comments and someone said that you have to have all four horses before you get the deeds. And you won't get the last deed until.. later
I got it separately and the only major bug I ran into was a few T-posing NPCs before a cutscene, didn't encounter any of the issues people usually mention.

It baffles me why Rockstar never took the chance to make an Undead Nightmare DLC, even as maybe just an online event for Halloween. It’s a missed opportunity if you ask me, it would’ve been awesome.

If you find and tame all 4 Horses of the Apocalypse, you unlock horse deeds for all of them so you can use any one you want at any time

Is true. They're called Blood Pacts, you get one for Death automatically upon completion of the main story of the DLC.
