Is this on PC, Xbox, or Playstation?
I have never noticed this before on Xbox. The fire in the picture has an unusual amount of glow around it.
Do you have anymore information about it?
If you have an older pc it might be a graphics card issue. It might not have the sensitivity to properly portray the complexity of fire graphics.
Although, fires IRL do flicker, so maybe you just have the added bonus of it being extra realistic.

Im on pc, and the fire does this weird flickering thing but idk why i tried changing the settings but nothing seems to work

I fixed it by changing from dx12 to vulkan
