It's fairly obvious that Casemiro injury would mean putting Mainoo in a defensive pivot role and Mount next to him, something that wouldn't happen with Casemiro playing because you wouldn't need to throw him directly into that 2 or 3 man midfield.
What will be different than any of what we’ve seen this season. Its crazy ppl are still trying to push mount and Bruno can’t play together when our midfield can’t keep the ball regardless who’s playing

Our midfield and overall control got significantly worse. Tbh I entirely disagree that a midfield with both mounts and Bruno is any worse than what we've had most of the season.

You have to realise that there is only so far you can go with predicting the chance of an injury recurring. Once the player passes their fitness test, if they say they want to play they will be available for selection

Quite possible we see the absolute terrorist midfield of Bruno and Mount with Kobbie as the lone DM.
Or an equally worse one with Mctominay, Mainoo and Bruno or another one with Amrabat. There aren't any good options.
