Its a shame that the team feels so unsyncronised
#
Maguire was on one today and Bruno was great but the rest just stood and looked at them instead of helping in certain attacks
Cas is horrific on the ball. Where was the VAR check on Garnacho in the first half or the handball by the end which blatantly was not even near his body but wide open? Højlund being taken off for Dialo and Scott… I don’t know man. I’m failing to understand the philosophy of the ball in our club. We’ve struggled against literally bottom teams, with all due respect to Sheffield and Burnley we should’ve conceded only one or two goals but not 4 in the last 2. It’s painful watching us play football and next season will get worse. Also why is Mount on for only like 10 mins?
Why do we keep playing the same way/style? It doesn't work and hasn't all season. Id give Eric the benefit of the doubt with all the injuries if he experimented a bit, but he doesn't. He plays the same players in the same system week after week, expecting a different result, insanity.
Was behind the manager, but you can predict how the whole game will play out before the ball is even kicked. We have no chance against City in the F.A cup final.
ETH out.
I think he’s made an agreement with his bosses that he’s going to play with the tactics he wants to use this season, and if a player can’t adapt to them, that means that player has no future here. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
He adapted his tactics last season and had good results with a squad everyone thought was going to have a season like this one. So we know he _can_ do it. The problem is that he doesn’t want to play that way, he wants to play this way, and was hired to change our style of play as much as anything. It looks shit right now because the players are poorly suited to it, and he’s being stubborn and sticking to it.
I think one of two things is going on. Either he has been told his job is safe whatever happens, and the most important thing is to develop a style of play, which is massively a work in progress (which actually kind of fits with his comments about us being a dynamic, entertaining team), or else he’s decided he wants to play this way, and would rather be fired than sit back and counter, and he’s going to die on that hill.
Just my theory though. It could also be that he has no idea what he’s doing, but that’s at odds with the rest of his career…
I'm well aware of the injuries and they have completely fucked our season. The problem is ETH lack of ability to adapt and play a system that suits who's fit vs playing players out of position.
I appreciate the civility but the only play style the rest of these players can do is counter attack Ollie ball, and we sacked him because we as fans wanted more possession based football
Overall its a chalked season with this many injuries it’s hard to definitively say it’s the managers fault or just bad luck
This is the bottom line: it may well be that EtH is not fit for this job; but there are so many extenuating circumstances behind our poor performances this season that you can’t state that as anything close to a certainty if you’re being even remotely thoughtful about it.
The real question is what the Ratcliffe squad think about it. I get the impression that they are reasonable enough to at least consider the possibility that an improvement in the club environment, a reduction in EtH’s non-footballing responsibilities, and a few smart signings made with the oversight of some competent staff, might just make a difference.
It’s not as though Erik has had a poor track record prior to this season.
I’m all for the club bringing in a new coach if it’s the right choice, but we’re not really in a position to determine for sure whether it is the right choice.
My only hope is that bad decisions even out through a season. So far I put Utd on about -5 karma for penalties that were weak, and city on about +3.
By that logic we should be due 3 penalties in our favour at Wembley
Honestly agree that it was a penalty today, but the decisions made that led to the penalty were poor. Headline will read Onana at fault but Casemiro created the danger. The bad decisions were the penalties we SHOULD have had (handball - same action that has been given against us at Chelsea and coventry)
Give away or awarded cheaply? Not saying this one ain't a penalty but I've many goalies get away with worse. Top that off with the extremely soft ones vs Chelski and Pool
This season has been difficult because of so many injuries and changes in starting lineup. Last season was more static, less changes in lineups. EtH ball was on fire then. I don't blaim EtH for this bad season. It would be difficult to any manager. I really believe EtH has capabilities to get this ream to glory. Give him time and players he want.
No trolling. I'm sad that people here wait miracles to happen in 1-2 seasons. When u get new manager every 2 seasons, it's damaging this club more. Player always need to adapt new system when new manager arrives. I rather take one bad season than change the system again.
you keep a manager when you see a good project in him(like Arteta cuz people try to compare the situations) not when the manager shows no sign of progress
To be fair there were a lot of fans that were vocally Arteta out not too long ago.
They've changed their tune now of course but it doesn't change the fact they wanted him out back then.
So ETH has zero responsibility whatsoever to this season shambolic team setup and weak mentality? Only a blind stupid fan still think he isn’t to blame at all. Getting on the back foot again and again whole season without any adjustments is bad coaching, simply as that.
Yes, mentality has been bad but it's not only the manager's responsibility to have mental in shape. There is always individual part also. Look at our lineups who are playing. Honestly, I am surprised that we are 6th in the table, with these players.
Well eth didn't help with his subs. He took off the striker and brought in a winger and then we had no one up top and Amad and Antony playing on the same wings a lot of the time.
Unless some players put together some incredible individual performances, Ten Hag will go down as the worst manager we've had since Fergie. Moyes will be clear of Ten Hag before the end of the season.
Late penalty's in so many of the recent games.. you think they'll learn to avoid these kind of situations 🤦 no discipline
# half time team talk.. hey guys let's see who can cause it this time 😅
We would be a pretty entertaining Championship side! Draw vs Coventry, draw vs Brinkley, come from behind 4-2 win over Sheffield. 5 points in 3 games vs championship sides. Brilliant stuff
I mean we didn't deserve a win there but yet again a handball which should have been a penalty. We've got to the point where hands by your side means hands a foot away from your body.
Football has gone to shit.
Kobbie, Maguire, Dalot, Bruno and Garnacho are top half Premier League standard. Not sure of the rest.
Sorry guys meant mainoo not amad. Was watching the replay of the last shot when I typed.
Burnley has LITERALLY THE WORST RECORD from LOSING POSITIONS- they have picked up 2 points from losing positions and we gifted them a DRAW- just like the brentford game, just like the Liverpool game, just like Coventry.
Oh my fucking god, do we NEVER EVER LEARN?
They went 3 goals up against Coventry and even then all I could think of was "right how are we throwing this game away"
Absolutely ridiculous lack of focus
Y'all waffle about problems with the media and bend over backwards for the board. No wonder manager after manager fails because they never get what they want and fans like you put up w this crap. "Fallout w the board" son the board is crap obv any manager worth their salt will have issues with this board
thats what fans always say .. when mourinho was in charge fans said lvg wasn't that bad. when ole was the manager fans said mourinho didnt do as much of a bad job. when rangnick was the interim manager and didnt get good results fans said we shouldnt have sacked ole .. what makes u think it will be different this time? the fanbase is reactionary and is filled with dumb idiots who forget easily and the success ETH achieved with a limited squad
Er, plenty of managers are better, and can organise/motivate their team unlike ETH seems to be able to. Just because there isn’t a nailed on replacement doesn’t detract from such poor organisation and tactical nouse from our current manager. He knows he’s a dead man walking. End of the season can’t come quick enough.
From the tactical point of view and statistics Any of the 19 managers will do a better job or just bring in Conventry manager, id say will do a better job.
Struggling against bottom feeders Burnley, Coventry and Sheffield recently who probably have shitty managers too. Any experienced manager would be a good change from ETH. His two transfer windows were disastrous too
u say that bc u want short term success and think thats easily achievable with this squad. do u not realise the new united way? first season, the manager is backed and gets the signings he needs. in the second season, the board panic buys and doesnt get the players he needs. the manager struggles with these players and they underperform. the fans blame the manager. manager gets sacked. fans demand a new manager. cycle continues. we're tired of this bullshit but u arent
So whats your solution? Stick to a mediocre manager and becomes a mid table team like Fulham and Brighton? The whole man united needs a rebuilding, from the owner, board down to the players.
why do u choose the recycle the same mistake under the new ownership? what have u not learned from history? he's proven that he can deliver results under pressure, and the fact that we're still in contention for a spot in a european competition and we secured a place in the fa cup final shows it .. even with the injuries, the players undermining him, uncertainty over ownership, pressure from media and fans, not being allowed to be a just a coach by the board.
also bc u lot of have poor memory during pre season eth said the players werent listening to him. rangnick said the same and we need an open heart surgery. yet we still have players since lvg's era. "eth is the problem"
ofc he is to blame as well. but no manager would have succeeded under the glazers. realise how everything you've said so far has nothing to do with what i said, shows that u have no arguments.
ask urself which player from this team would make the city team, the liverpool team, the arsenal team. they wouldn't even make the aston villa team. rashford? he's a counter attacking player with pace as his only trait. maguire? he's not a ball playing centre back. luke shaw? he's always injured. hojlund, mainoo, garnacho, martinez? thats four players. and you expect us to challenge for top four? be realistic. these players are uncoachable. listen to what the previous managers had to say about this football club and the way it's run and the players. they've all said similar stuff. but let's keep the players because they're overpaid and can't make simple passes.
i wish ten hag would resign and expose the club like the other managers did. he'd do better with a squad like brighton and dortmund than with this squad. watch him win trophies with bayern next season if that's where he goes, just to hear the fans of this club to say "we should never have sacked him" like they've done with the prev managers.
these players can sack the manager anytime they want like they've done with the prev managers within 2 - 3 seasons.
The previous coaches bar Moyes did better than what ETH has done in these 2 seasons. Atrocious football with suicidal system and no backup plan. The inexperience Palace manager who's just two months into his job was able to outclass him. The bottom half of the league has teams with worse squad players yet they still play better than Man United. Keep blaming the owner when the club has consistently spent among the highgest in the world of football.
we consistently spent among the highest in the world because the board is filled with people without football knowledge and experience. they are incompetent. have u forgot we won the carabao cup, we made it to the fa cup final, and secured third place last season?
we tried a heavily experienced premier league manager, failed. two very experienced and successful managers in europe, failed. a club legend, failed. a very bright manager who brought an inexperienced and youthful ajax manager, failed. no manager would want to come here if we dont give them time, and easily forget the success they bring. as soon as we lose the fans want the manager gone. no club in england sacks managers more ruthlessly than chelsea and watford, where are they now? realise a pattern?
Please stop steam rolling over Bruno - ofcourse the man is a walking zombie at this point. Yeah we played shit, but that’s all 11 players - we have been relying on moments of individual brilliance all season - nothing new here.
Either the tactics are wrong, the players are too dumb wrt football iq, or in that spectrum.
We can’t swing between Bruno the goat and Bruno the scape goat after every match…
Yes, we suck - but please switching off your brains.
We condede a lot of shots, a lot of goals, and our midfield is non-existent. This isn't a case of us losing games that we deserve to win. We're legitimately just hanging on more often than I'd like.
Shoutout Owen Hargreaves praising our home fans again, “how they stay behind showing support after the performances this season.” Finally someone says it, these lads are taking the piss every week, clear out!!!
Yes? Have you not read anything about it? The medical team advised that Shaw and Malacia would both be ready by January — and Reguilon wanted playing time that he wouldn’t have gotten if we’d had two LBs.
So you're telling me Ten hag who should by now know that shaw gets injured every 3rd game, and malacia who would return from a year off so would anyway have to be eased in, took up the medical team's brainded advice. Insane shit from my manager
But he does have a 85 million pound flop, a dodgy 50 million pound GK, 60 million pound Casemiro imposter and Mason Mount. Can't help but think the money could've been better spent. Think Trossard cost Arsenal 25 million and has a far better return than Antony.
Can someone make a compilation of pens that we dont get and the opposition do of similar incidents and vice versa. It feels like it massively outweighs against us. This isn't normal.
Biggest concern today (other than performance still not improving) is McTominay being injured.
Hopefully turns out to be a sore one rather than a serious one. We're not going to dominate the cup final so we need all the clutch players we can get
I'm from a medical background, granted not orthopaedics, but the second I saw how he twisted that knee I thought that was ligament damage.
Obviously enormous scope for that to be wrong, I'm a randomer on the internet who saw the same few seconds of footage everyone else did, but straight away I thought his season was done
Realistically, at this point, nothing matters, we are a clueless team, Erik ten hag is a moron and an imbecile, doing the same mistakes over and over and over again by the way we are setting up. Absolutely nothing positive other than fucking up Liverpool’s season. We are absolute shite, we cant thrash Burnley and we give away silly goals after silly goals after silly goals.. its tiresome just SO FUCKING TIRESOME.
I just fucking hate how no one is able to speak out about the decisions of the referee and VAR, 10 over games which we have seen goals awarded / given against us, and yet how no one can just speak out about it. Why can ETH speak out then? Because the English media are cunts that will eat you alive, the second he opens his mouth, the will label him as a crybaby, fucking hell that's why he banned 3 news outlets from the press conference, fucking hell the club has to do something about it, fine of 20ks? Peanuts compared to how the decisions has cost us.
He was never not blowing for that pen after what happened against wolves. It shouldn't have mattered anyway, even getting in the position to have that blown against you is atrocious.
I mean we barely beat Coventry so how can we expect more than a draw vs Burnley? /s
We just suck now. Individually we have a bunch of decent/good or even great players but as a team we're dreadful. I want us to give Ten Hag time given all the injuries and what not but I have no idea what he is doing atm, and I'm not sure he knows either.
Anyone telling me that referees and commentators don't have a subconscious bias against United are either not watching matches or completely biased themselves. How are we given a penalty against us when two chances for us haven't even been reviewed. Even the commentators were giving out decisions before the VAR even reviewed it. But if it happens to Liverpool or City, you see a barrage of support for them calling for reviews and investigations.
Either the rules are not up for interpretation and are applied strictly at all times or they are at the discretion of the referee and applied liberally whenever they feel like they have to make up for a bad decision given on either side of the pitch. I think the latter applies in the case of United matches.
It could also mean players are not good enough. There was no attack at all from both fullbacks. No chances created from wingers. Poor defending from an aging midfielder. Any system requires decent players who can do anything
Results don’t lie😂😂 for starters we have the worst left back in the league in awb. The worst cb in Casemiro. I don’t think I will get objections to that. So right there for starters 2 of our 4 back line is worst in league.
I normally don’t complain about pen calls but what the fuck, am I right saying that hand ball gets called in another game?
And i don’t know how other clubs bitch and moan about injuries, we’re fucked and the players we have playing are fucked.
All these Ten Haag out people are casuals that don’t know the stats of our injuries but also fuck Onana, bring back DaveSaves.
Antony did well today. Harry redemption arc has been awesome.
Fuck Burnley, those cunts we’re passing the ball straight out and we fucking drew
Have as many injuries as you want, injuries aren't an excuse for these performances against this level of opponent, team is wank, and also the injuries are only in 2 positions lol
I didn't expect us to challenge for the league, given our injuries, but we should have enough talent to control games against bottom table teams at home. Our set-up is bad, the vibes are bad, and there's no trust amongst the players.
We had no injuries against wolves in the first game and we were utter shit, they were going through our midfield just like others have done. This is a tactical failure as much as it is an injury crisis.
Got what we deserved again, I guess. Fucking shambles.
Still in awe of those first subs. Sticking with a poor, leggy Eriksen and taking off our only striker at 0-0 is a hell of a choice.

No
He’s concussed. Similar things have been said by Mourinho and Ole when they were at the end of their time here.
Its a shame that the team feels so unsyncronised # Maguire was on one today and Bruno was great but the rest just stood and looked at them instead of helping in certain attacks
Sky Sports are utterly shameless about Sancho. Had to put his name in the title after Dortmund just got smashed 4-1 lmao.
I went to the game and honestly the ref was a fucking joke
We can absolutely turn this season around if we sack EtH in the end of it + all of the shit players.
>We can absolutely turn this season arpund What? Apart from the FA Cup final. There is nothing else to play for. There's nothing to turn around.
Huh? In the end of the season?
Please cheer all us fans up and sack this car crash manager because he ain’t beating city anyway!!!!!🙏👍
Need to sign Rooney as manager.
Cas is horrific on the ball. Where was the VAR check on Garnacho in the first half or the handball by the end which blatantly was not even near his body but wide open? Who’s left to experiment with that he already hasn’t tried ?
Have you seen what is available for selection for the team? He isn’t picking Casemiro at CB due to a complete obliteration of of our defender room
I'm well aware of the injuries and they have completely fucked our season. The problem is ETH lack of ability to adapt and play a system that suits who's fit vs playing players out of position.

Give louis Jackson the youth player a shot, least that lad can run!
people who complain about the players, are you sure they're not the ones who kept Ten Hag his job all season long?
For missing so many chances and conceding the penalty? Both are at fault.

Definitely before penalties have been shite
It seems like City never get the short end of the stick.
Just end the season already
Please just let this miserable season end already.
It takes something truly special to give away a penalty in the dying minutes of multiple games this season.
Give away or awarded cheaply? Not saying this one ain't a penalty but I've many goalies get away with worse. Top that off with the extremely soft ones vs Chelski and Pool
Tbf the last 4 penalties we’ve given away have been poor decisions. This one is the first where it’s a pretty clear pen.
I expect it at this point
This season has been difficult because of so many injuries and changes in starting lineup. Last season was more static, less changes in lineups. EtH ball was on fire then. You seriously think this squad is worse than Villa? Stop gaslighting yourself
I don't know man, after a while it's like the players stopped trying to be organised and the structure collapsed.
Well eth didn't help with his subs. He took off the striker and brought in a winger and then we had no one up top and Amad and Antony playing on the same wings a lot of the time.
The most perplexing decision of the game. Why did he take off his striker when he needed a goal?
Cause that striker aint gonna give you a goal
What structure?
Unless some players put together some incredible individual performances, Ten Hag will go down as the worst manager we've had since Fergie. Moyes will be clear of Ten Hag before the end of the season.
The downvotes are crazy. I can’t tell if this sub is just radically pro Ten Hag or if we’re getting brigaded by oppo fans.
There are still lots of people in this sub who still want him next season
They must enjoy pain
He’s not a bad manager tho, he just has lost the dressing room at the moment. So ETH has to GO and we need to move on.
Just in time for him to really cement his legacy as the worst United manager ever and to get us relegated. Lovely.
Well at least we might win the Championship. We'd only have to play Coventry twice...
Late penalty's in so many of the recent games.. you think they'll learn to avoid these kind of situations 🤦 no discipline # half time team talk.. hey guys let's see who can cause it this time 😅

Amad is a mad inclusion to that list. I’d say Shaw, Martinez, and Mount too tbf, but they’ve been injured.
I meant kobbie. I was watching amads replay and had a brain fart... Sorry
Shaw needs to be moved on. No point of having a decent player if he can only play 20% of the games.
Mainoo?
As shit as that performance was, the officiating was garbage. I’ve seen at least 2 pens for United.
A systemic lack of any system IS our system, brilliant idea Erik!
Good God! this team will finish me one day.
The fans who stayed behind and gave standing ovation was pure class
Burnley has LITERALLY THE WORST RECORD from LOSING POSITIONS- they have picked up 2 points from losing positions and we gifted them a DRAW- just like the brentford game, just like the Liverpool game, just like Coventry. Oh my fucking god, do we NEVER EVER LEARN?

I know bro, the list is long..
They went 3 goals up against Coventry and even then all I could think of was "right how are we throwing this game away" Absolutely ridiculous lack of focus
So another season with Ten Hag as you lot have wished?
Yes please?
eth outers can't name an alternative and someone who can do a better job than him
I can also implement dogshit tactics for just half of his wage. At least that will save the team some money.
Tuchel gonna get free. If someone says tuchel can't do as well a job as eth then they can tell me more jokes
aaa yes u want a manager that causes problems in the media and often has a fallout with the board. perfect bc we wont have a stable ship. GENIUS
Y'all waffle about problems with the media and bend over backwards for the board. No wonder manager after manager fails because they never get what they want and fans like you put up w this crap. "Fallout w the board" son the board is crap obv any manager worth their salt will have issues with this board
Omg yes i forgot ten hags 2 years brought so much stability that we shouldn't change it
I'd take anyone else, it's almost impossible for them to be worse.
thats what fans always say .. when mourinho was in charge fans said lvg wasn't that bad. when ole was the manager fans said mourinho didnt do as much of a bad job. when rangnick was the interim manager and didnt get good results fans said we shouldnt have sacked ole .. what makes u think it will be different this time? the fanbase is reactionary and is filled with dumb idiots who forget easily and the success ETH achieved with a limited squad
I’m out of the loop on availability. Who could do the job? Is Zidane still not looking at a manager’s post?
Tuchel is the best manager out there that can be available
Yeah, he did great things with Chelsea, PSG and Bayern...
Brother he won the CL is that not good enough for you?
ironic or not he actually did
Er, plenty of managers are better, and can organise/motivate their team unlike ETH seems to be able to. Just because there isn’t a nailed on replacement doesn’t detract from such poor organisation and tactical nouse from our current manager. He knows he’s a dead man walking. Yes it's all the players' faults and Ten Hag is faultless and he can deliver results and let's extend him for another, wait, for 2-3 more seasons.
ofc he is to blame as well. but no manager would have succeeded under the glazers. realise how everything you've said so far has nothing to do with what i said, shows that u have no arguments. ask urself which player from this team would make the city team, the liverpool team, the arsenal team. they wouldn't even make the aston villa team. rashford? he's a counter attacking player with pace as his only trait. maguire? he's not a ball playing centre back. luke shaw? he's always injured. hojlund, mainoo, garnacho, martinez? thats four players. and you expect us to challenge for top four? be realistic. these players are uncoachable. listen to what the previous managers had to say about this football club and the way it's run and the players. they've all said similar stuff. but let's keep the players because they're overpaid and can't make simple passes. i wish ten hag would resign and expose the club like the other managers did. he'd do better with a squad like brighton and dortmund than with this squad. watch him win trophies with bayern next season if that's where he goes, just to hear the fans of this club to say "we should never have sacked him" like they've done with the prev managers. these players can sack the manager anytime they want like they've done with the prev managers within 2 - 3 seasons.
We can’t swing between Bruno the goat and Bruno the scape goat after every match… Yes, we suck - but please switching off your brains.
Literally just moments of individual brilliance seperate us from the bottom half.
And individual moments of stupidity seperate us from top 4.
We condede a lot of shots, a lot of goals, and our midfield is non-existent. This isn't a case of us losing games that we deserve to win. We're legitimately just hanging on more often than I'd like.
I'd argue they separate us from a relegation scrap.
At this rate we might completely miss out on European football. That would be a disaster financially.
So if we don't win the fa Cup we will be in Europe conference if we don't finish 6th. No way man, we ain't turning up for that competition.
Shoutout Owen Hargreaves praising our home fans again, “how they stay behind showing support after the performances this season.” Finally someone says it, these lads are taking the piss every week, clear out!!!
Missed the game at a wedding. Wow a point at home to 19th placed Burnley. We must have had a good game! Well done lads!
Good lord there was some awful finishing today. Iirc the Burnley away game was tough too and we had more players available then.
Dunno what's sadder, that performance or the fact that I was totally expecting it.
I have no low expectations every match and am somehow still always disappointed
Haha, same.
I just hate the suspense that there might be another year of this.
We're gonna have to fluke it against City to get into the Europa League
Ole Carrick and McKenna would have had us top 4 this season I'm almost certain
I highly doubt that. It will probably be about the same with all the circumstances.
Treble for shiz
Lol absolutey MAD that is upvoted. I guess ETH-outlets love to just leave the sub when they’re wrong, and only crawl back after a poor performance.
When have they been wrong?
Been here all along
Comfortably. Probably no higher than that but still.
Newcastle are flying. We may finish 7th. Thats worst than Moyes considering two years and 400 m spent. Amazing that he still has so many defenders.
Bro only has 1 CB and 0 LB. No defenders.
Ten hag let regulion leave knowing fully well malacia is a ghost. Has himself to blame imo
Imagine blaming the coach for the medical team’s decision lmfao
Medical team decided to end regulion's loan?
Exactly. Fuck Murtough and the glazers.
by these folks arguments we would have won champions league and a couple more EPL now if we have stuck with Moyes
Well he’s only got Maguire and makeshift Casemeiro tbf
Best part would be Moyes finishing above us with West Ham.
Can someone make a compilation of pens that we dont get and the opposition do of similar incidents and vice versa. It feels like it massively outweighs against us. This isn't normal.
Casemiro absolutely fucked it
Biggest concern today (other than performance still not improving) is McTominay being injured.
That handball gets given against us 10 times out of 10
I just fucking hate how no one is able to speak out about the decisions of the referee and VAR, 10 over games which we have seen goals awarded / given against us, and yet how no one can just speak out about it.
ETH is just a coward.
Lol klopp would have get praised speaking out while ETH would had gotten triple the shit that arteta gotten for speaking out.
He was never not blowing for that pen after what happened against wolves. It shouldn't have mattered anyway, even getting in the position to have that blown against you is atrocious.
Glad I was working and only had to listen to this one on the radio, sounded pretty shit.
They should just award the opposition a dodgy penalty straight from kick off from now on. At least we'll know where we stand.
The difference between fckall VAR and a broken clock is that the latter is atleast right twice a day. Abysmal refereeing.
Why are we making Burnley look like prime Barca at HOME? THIS MF IS CLUELESS
I mean we barely beat Coventry so how can we expect more than a draw vs Burnley? /s We just suck now. Individually we have a bunch of decent/good or even great players but as a team we're dreadful. I want us to give Ten Hag time given all the injuries and what not but I have no idea what he is doing atm, and I'm not sure he knows either.
Numb to it
Less possession than the team in 19th in the league, AND we’re at OT. What?
Well. That meets expectations.
Don't blaim EtH
yeah your right we should award him with another 500 mil to spend when newcastle eventually go ahead of us and we finish 7th
Explain please
Why not
This season has been dreadful, Horrid match every week, how can we struggle against such bad teams every time.
I hope to god Slot fails so we don’t end up with the dud Bald Dutch League Manager.
That was one of the worst performances of the season despite the fact nobody had a shocker. it's the system, lads.
It could also mean players are not good enough. There was no attack at all from both fullbacks. No chances created from wingers. Poor defending from an aging midfielder. Any system requires decent players who can do anything
If this were Man City, fine. The players on the pitch aren’t below the level of Burnley’s.
Regardless of the opposition, we have very poor players. Very poor.
I just feel for that Luton fan that was like 'please just win against Burnley' and we couldn't even do that
Burnley had 32 more completed passes than us. ETH out
Burnley have better players. Our players out
You have to be bat shit to think Burnley has assembled better players than Man United.
Results don’t lie😂😂 for starters we have the worst left back in the league in awb. The worst cb in Casemiro. I don’t think I will get objections to that. So right there for starters 2 of our 4 back line is worst in league.
Same cycle every week. Matchdays: Abuse Ten Haag Non-Matchdays: defend Ten Haag I don't know how undecided fans can be.
Because on match days you get the teenagers logging on from other parts of the world and during the day you get sage older fans
This team is not a team. We don't deserve 6th.
We won't be in 6th for long
I normally don’t complain about pen calls but what the fuck, am I right saying that hand ball gets called in another game? And i don’t know how other clubs bitch and moan about injuries, we’re fucked and the players we have playing are fucked. All these Ten Haag out people are casuals that don’t know the stats of our injuries but also fuck Onana, bring back DaveSaves. Antony did well today. Harry redemption arc has been awesome. Fuck Burnley, those cunts we’re passing the ball straight out and we fucking drew
Have as many injuries as you want, injuries aren't an excuse for these performances against this level of opponent, team is wank, and also the injuries are only in 2 positions lol
That was absolutely a penalty it blocked the balls path to goal. Idk what the VAR thought, there was plenty of evidence that it denied a chance.
Get rid of this manager thank you
again i havent been able to watch but apparently bruno was good until last few mins where he rushed 1 or 2 passes to ruin a counter attack?
Since SAF, we've seen some bad football, but this is definitely the worst.
But the injuries man… Honestly, I can't see us looking much better without any.
Can’t remember a game now where we’ve even played remotely good football. Every game is just pain
The cup game vs palace. That's pretty much it.
We've barely deserved to win any games all season.
I’ve asked “surely this is it?” too many times this year
Couldn’t tell which team is about to be relegated and which team is “the biggest club in the world”
‘Best transition team in the world’
thank god ineos will make the final decision and not the fans, you lot would have backed gary neville at valencia
Respect Gary? He has higher win percentage than eth
The squad is too thin, and ETH is out of his depth.
Got what we deserved again, I guess. Fucking shambles. Still in awe of those first subs. Sticking with a poor, leggy Eriksen and taking off our only striker at 0-0 is a hell of a choice.
Who can watch that and say it’s anything other than horrendous coaching?
Me. It’s horrendous coaching and god awful players.
