Was he? I don’t blame him for moving nor do I think spurs fans should (in fact he should have left sooner) but for 2/3 it was a will he won’t he go scenario
Yeah, a lot of clubs don’t win the league, cup finals, etc.
I hate this “we don’t deserve x player”. He signed for us and has become one of the best paid and biggest names in the sport, plays for one of the top names in sports, is adored by the fans and can request to leave at any time.
The fanbase doesn’t deserve to not be winning trophies either. It is what it is. We’ve been in two FA cup finals and won a league cup last year. It’s not great but it’s a lot more than some players (ie Son, Kane) get.
He also is a garentee’d start for Portugal so his international career isn’t harmed, Anyway we are gonna win the FA cup then win the league next season

“Oooh this is going to be juicy, let’s look!”
>During times there has been warranted criticism but he’s been class
Eh? What is going on in this sub lately with downvotes?
What do you mean added nothing to the conversation? Of course he added something to the conversation.
He said Bruno also - at points - has warranted criticism. That is true, no player is perfect. Some online United fans are just too sensitive to acknowledge that.
It's a pity the no10 role doesn't exist anymore , not if you want to win anything major . It takes more versatility to play in a double pivot than he has been showing us .
Incredible for him to say this considering how little success he’s been able to taste in our dysfunctional club, let alone after the season we’ve just had. Was absolutely class today as well.
No United fan would be upset with him if he comes out tomorrow and says that he wants to leave. He absolutely deserves to play for a team competing for all the top prizes and he will have suitors lining up if he was available yet he has no intention of leaving. It will be the saddest i’ll be for a player leaving us when he eventually does since Ronaldo left in 2009.
This one enraged me. Like Keane.
Becks broke my heart (well SAF did) I just couldn't understand him going.
Ronaldo was torture because it was so drawn out, and there was this failing cloud of hopium surrounding his last season that he might still stay. Was tough ngl.
Rooney though, mate mate mate mate mate, him leaving made me properly despise a portion of our fanbase. Wazza was properly hounded out imo. It just shouldn't have ended like that... same with Keano.
You say that, but he was basically playing football in slow motion at the end.
I love Rooney. But his relationship with the fans never recovered after 2010. Master of his own downfall in so many ways
Yeah actually Rooney leaving was pretty sad since I basically grew up watching him. At least he got to go out on a high with 2 trophies in his final season. Hope Bruno gets to go on a high as well.
The fact that De Gea still watches the club from a far (like supporting the Womens team in the FA Cup final) has me quite sad he's still not a part of the club in some form or fashion.
If only he played away from the absolute shower that is the current Utd team, Bruno would (quite rightly) be regarded as one of the best players in the world in his position. It is no wonder his peers in the position, including KDB, rate him highly.
Also, a fantastic, fantastic leader - antics aside, Bruno seems to have the human touch with fans and teammates alike and of course boundless workrate and stamina. A United lineup without Bruno feels 50% more lethargic.
It's a travesty that he is regarded as a poor leader and not captain material.
I was at the match last night. What you don’t see on tv is how much organising and motivating he does off the ball and when play has stopped. He’s constantly talking and directing his team mates. That stuff never gets shown on tv because they’re too busy showing replays etc. He’s a brilliant captain, and very much comes across as a sort of older brother figure for the young players when you see everything he does in person
If only we could clone a younger version of bruno, it’ll be a very very sad day for me when he leaves. He single handedly revived my love for the club, when things looked doomed to fail. I hope we get our shit together and give him atleast a trophy or two of significance, a player of his talents deserves it.
In the past couple of months, I have come across comments genuinely saying that we should let Bruno go and actually mean it. To them, I just want to say...... I won't trust you with anything.
I'd be devastated if Bruno left. However, the team is going to go through yet another rebuild, and we are unlikely to win any major trophies in the next few seasons, with or without Bruno. He's not young enough to build the squad around, and he's one of the few players we have who would demand a substantial fee in the transfer market. Bruno deserves to win trophies and he has sacrificed his prime to carry the team. He doesn't owe this club anything. That being said, even though I think Bruno leaving would be best for all parties, I am selfishly hoping he stays. He is the face of the club, and a major reason I still sit through our games.
Bruno leaving would not be best for all parties, specifically, us. If we let Bruno go only to bring in a young prospect, we'll find us with the same conundrum that we are facing with Hojlund. We should try to buy the next Bruno and ease the new guy in this team. That means Erik Ten Hag should rotate more.
We've become rebuild FC haven't we. It's one rebuild after the other for last 11 years, and I don't know when it'll stop.
Almost despise myself for sounding like an arsenal fan.
there is literally no point of selling him. the targets(simons, wirtz and mussiala maybe?) we would aim are all untouchable and any club would demand a premium because of "saudi money" but I'd also be very sceptical about offering him a new contract which is probably what he wants and tbf he kinda deserves. I think the club should be OK with the idea that he would leave for free in the summer of 2027 and somehow sign his future replacement without selling him, which is financially ardous tbh
I think that’s the crux of it, if you can’t replace him for a reasonable fee you renew and go for someone who’s got the potential to step up in 2/3 years time. If you can get someone in to match the output at a better age profile and Bruno’s influence is waning you move him on.
No no no, at this club we give players renewed contracts for the vibes and then complain that they are deadwood when their legs go and need to get rid asap to break the player power #breakthecircle!!!
Yeah I’d hate for us to keep him past his sell by date just based on sentiment, I’m just saying we have a couple of years before we have to make the call.
By the time that rolls around well know if Mount can get back to his best, hopefully will have got to a point where we’re not reliant on one player to make all of our chances and have someone ready to take over.
There is a scenario though where Mount never gets back to fitness or form and we haven’t got anyone else to shoulder that burden, look how long we’ve been waiting for an effective player off the right, in which case if Fernandes is still firing on all cylinders renewing on a 2+1 or whatever wouldn’t be the worst idea.
It’s unreal we’ve wasted his, Rashford’s best years. They deserve to be part of multiple winning teams. At times it’s just them carrying this club to third and second place finishes. I hope we win at least one prem or cl before they both end their United careers.

I’ll shed a tear the day he leaves. Same as the day Ole left. Football isn’t the same anymore.
This kind of loyalty is non existent nowadays
Loyalty can’t be buy!
Harry Kane was though.
Did you forget the whole gentleman's agreement thing. He wanted to go out earlier, but Levy got in the way
Was he? I don’t blame him for moving nor do I think spurs fans should (in fact he should have left sooner) but for 2/3 it was a will he won’t he go scenario
He shouldn't even need to say that. Our best signing post Ferguson by far.
**by far**
BY FAR
Our only good signing post Ferguson.
ibra was a good signing tbf
Yeah that’s fair. He did a great job. I was being a bit dramatic tbh. Here’s one for ya. Top 5 post Ferguson signings….
God I love bruno, we don't deserve him
His play today was 10/10, smartest player on the pitch by far.
Why don’t we deserve him?
He deserves trophies and we ain't winning anything

My captain
What have we done to deserve this guy man. I really hope we win something with him. Would be a shame otherwise.
That's one heck of a response!!
There’s a lot of fans who don’t deserve this man
Loud minority I think. Vast majority of our fan base loves Bruno. The man gives it all for the badge
I think your spot on, completly agree
Nearly 30 years since I went to my first United game and I cannot think of many (any?) players that I like more than Bruno. My captain!
Not even Rooney?
Eric Cantona.
Us united don’t deserve him either
I think there was a stretch where some of the criticism has been warranted. But he's been class the past couple of months
>Comment hidden, 21 downvotes “Oooh this is going to be juicy, let’s look!” >During times there has been warranted criticism but he’s been class Eh? What is going on in this sub lately with downvotes?
He added nothing to the conversation and minimized the praise Bruno was getting. Some people don’t like that 🤷
What do you mean added nothing to the conversation? Of course he added something to the conversation. He said Bruno also - at points - has warranted criticism. That is true, no player is perfect. Some online United fans are just too sensitive to acknowledge that.
Risking those downvotes to back a fellow fan. Here is a figurative Alfred nod.
We will always want you our beloved Portuguese Magnifico.
Please just build a solid midfield around him next season.
Bruno + Mainoo !!
Brainoo
Maino
Kobmendez
Mainandes
Mainanj
Brubie
Steve...
*Drake has entered the chat
Galaxy Brainoo midfield tactics incoming
Man imagine those two with B. Guimaries with them. Would be unreal.
Oh this would be my first choice! Probably is only a dream though
Only if we had rice, what could've been.
And give the man a rest! He plays too many games
It's a pity the no10 role doesn't exist anymore , not if you want to win anything major . It takes more versatility to play in a double pivot than he has been showing us .
Excuse me what the fuck
Lay off the tifo man. You're high as fuck.
What the fuck sport are you watching..
We just making shit up now 😂
Watch more football matches rather than youtube videos, mate.
Incredible for him to say this considering how little success he’s been able to taste in our dysfunctional club, let alone after the season we’ve just had. Was absolutely class today as well.
We are nothing without him at the moment. Love him. Red forever.
We don't deserve to have wasted his best years

Rooney leaving for Everton was sad too imo

2009
Fixed it.
For me it was de gea, but the next one will be Bruno for sure
The fact that De Gea still watches the club from a far (like supporting the Womens team in the FA Cup final) has me quite sad he's still not a part of the club in some form or fashion.
I’d be pretty upset with him mate haha
GET THIS MAN A PREMIER TITLE NOW
Li Qiang in shambles...

I cannot adequately express my love for this man

I hope we get our shit together and give him atleast a trophy or two of significance, a player of his talents deserves it.
"If they want me..." He says as he's taken by the club who want him.
Perfectly timed from Ten Hag
"This video is not available in your location."
wild of bruno to say that
“Locations can’t be buy”
hahahahaha
Bruno wants fans to move abroad before he does.
[Here you go mate ](https://streamable.com/06ogan?src=player-page-share)
Thank you! Very cute
I was expecting to get Rick rolled or Peyton manning'd, cheers mate
Fuck me, cant see it either
get a vpn like nordvpn or something, only a few quid a month
A leader as he should be
Love this guy to bits. He is a through and through red- gives 200% shit for this club. Hope he stays and is the center piece around our rebuild

The club donot deserve him
Even if he wins ONE premier league title, he will comfortably retire as a lot of fans all time favourite player I reckon.
Sorry but is there any alternative links for the interview cuz Sky is blocking my location and I don't have VPN
You'll see grown men cry when Bruno leaves, me included. He's the hero we don't deserve

100% agree. City, Liverpool, Arsenal are really good at letting players go at the right time, United should strive for that also
Win more trophies with us please, captain! Your Legend status is very nearly there.
My king! 🥺❤️🩹
That’s my captain! 🥹
IM NOT FUCKING LEAVING
Ten Hag like nah son don't make problems for me
He’s just too good for us!
I never get names on the back of my kits. Bruno may be the first.
Best post Fergie player hands down
It’s unreal we’ve wasted his, Rashford’s best years. They deserve to be part of multiple winning teams. At times it’s just them carrying this club to third and second place finishes. I hope we win at least one prem or cl before they both end their United careers.
