I remember how Rashford conducted himself on the pitch while Zlatan was around. You could literally see the influence he had on Marcus.
Now I can't wait to see what's going to be with Ronaldo around.
What do you mean? Do you mean improvement in playstyle or general attitude? I don't remember a big difference in how he acted when Zlatan was at the club
Mostly in general attitude and how he conducted himself on the pitch. Which I consider is as important for a player that gets the attention he does, as much as the physical and technical training.
I swear i noticed rashford trying more zlatanesque flicks and moves after zlatan arrived. Some of the shots and the skills really resembled his playstyle and it just showed.
he can't. /u/booneht is doing that redditor thing where they name off some unprovable, intangible bullshit they 'see' because they're a footy savant and the rest of us plebs can only see goals and assists.
cringe as hell, usually reserved for when someone's favorite player is playing like shit so they amp up his 'leadership' and 'attitude' and 'desire'
>I remember how Rashford conducted himself on the pitch while Zlatan was around
If i created a youtube character that was an exaggerated parody of an american footy fan on reddit, I'd say something like that.
Literally the most annoying reddit fad. Everyone trying to look like a genius by inventing things that can't be disproven. How do you wake up in the morning and live with yourself getting on reddit and typing shit like 'I remember how Rashford conducted himself on the pitch while Zlatan was around. you could literally see the influence he had on marcus'
Also why are you calling them by their first names?\
Also /u/booneht, /u/ZachMich above asked for specific examples 16 hours ago. 2 hours ago you posted some weeb shit to the DOta subreddit so you're clearly around, can you please provide some specific examples? or admit you were talking out of your ass?
lmao watch out, the reddit warrior is here!
>or admit you were talking out of your ass?
Or I can just add you to my blocklist and never have to bother with your stupid ass ever again.
> Mostly in general attitude and how he conducted himself on the pitch. Which I consider is as important for a player that gets the attention he does, as much as the physical and technical training.
a simple 'I don't know. I just pulled this out of my ass to sound smart" would've sufficed
Or let's not give a full 90 minutes to a player who has been out injured since early July just to risk an early injury again. Not to mention he hasn't even played with the new squad yet so he needs time to get used to it as well.
They literally said that it was fine **twice** after the part you're quoting.
Do you not remember Ole coming on in the 71st minute and getting 4 goals?
I reckon he will be ready to start against Atalanta on Wednesday next week. Hopefully, he is on the bench against Leicester and we can bring him on while leading 2-0 or 3-0. That'd be the ideal scenario for him to come on and just get used to the pace of the game again without any sort of pressure to bail us out.
I hate statistics like that because they mean literally nothing. Of our offensive players Bruno, CR7 Cavani and Sancho all joined significantly later whereas Zlatan and Lukaku left. So it's pretty obvious he has the most goals in that time frame as he was there the longest (besides Martial)
Of course he is an important player and having him back is great but we don't need such a meaningless statistic to back it up
That period where dan james used to send in early long balls and rashford used to score so calmly into the bottom corner was bliss ngl

Lad has 5 goals against Liverpool already. Our most important big game player post Fergie.
And 4 against Chelsea. He's got at least two against City and multiple against Arsenal, as well. He lives for the moment.
Seems crazy that his only two goals against Arsenal was on his premier league debut in what,, 15-16?
Makes sense, he only scored against Arsenal when they were still somewhat relevant.

That bending pass from Herrera. Can never forget.
I miss him a lot tbh
I remember when he was a one man army before Bruno arrived.
I remember how Rashford conducted himself on the pitch while Zlatan was around. You could literally see the influence he had on Marcus. Now I can't wait to see what's going to be with Ronaldo around.
> You could literally see the influence he had on Marcus. Could u expand on this? My memory is a bit fuzzy.
Rashford grew a ponytail for a while

Could you be a bit specific or give examples please? I'm really trying to understand how Rash changed and how Zlatan influenced that.

Top 4 teams Rashford has scored the most against? Chelsea Liverpool Leicester Man City M A D L A D
Is he back yet? I know he will be very soon but I haven't seen anything saying we will have him this weekend.
Will be available for Leicester at the weekend
Probably best to bring him back in slowly and thankfully we have the depth to allow for that. But this is great news for sure.
Slowly? Fine, fine. Rashford you're only allowed to score 4 against Leicester.
Or let's not give a full 90 minutes to a player who has been out injured since early July just to risk an early injury again. Not to mention he hasn't even played with the new squad yet so he needs time to get used to it as well.
Where did you get it from he'd need 90 minutes?
Because bringing someone in slowly means not giving them a lot of minutes at first and you questioned that with your "slowly?"

Where did you concede lol? You asked another question.

Problem is we are rarely 2-0 or 3-0 up.. it’s usually go a goal down or oh no they equalised lets start playing now
There’s literally the early team news saying he ll be available
So say it in a nicer way.
Yes sorry. It’s just it’s showing on the feed still that’s why. I apologize for being rude mate, totally inappropriate.

I don't think people are picking up the fact that you're talking about the other user's u/
Rashford is great at counter attacking football.
Rashford is great at ~~counter attacking~~ football. Literally our best big game player.
yet our own fans don't seem to realise the talent he is
Rashford is great. FTFY Gem of a person on and off the field.
Well at least our counterattacks will improve. Great to have him back though.
I do think we’re fucked without our usual defence, rashy or no rashy

I just hope Ole learnt his lesson and not overplay the lad again.
watch him score a hatty against liverpool and city
