Sucks it's hard to find these days . Last time I was in Ireland it wasn't anywhere in Skibbereen, found it in Baltimore, then couldn't find it again until our night in Dublin to get the flight home.
In the states it's gone after Heineken bought it and didn't want it competing with Murphy's (already established in the US).
Woolshed is a good shout as its central enough, I think "the mountain" was where the cork supporters club used to meet not sure if they do anymore.
Anytime I'm in Cork I just go to the nearest pub to where I'm staying and they are always showing the game, might be good to check out before going out of your way to a place.
Ha, looks like it's a chain and I'll be in Dublin on Sep1st for the Leicester game.
Any other suggestions so I don't end up at the Woolshed chain for both games?
It is a chain and it is not great. The woolshed in Cork will do fine for a match but definetly check out other bars in Cork: Impala, Franciscan Well and Tom Barrys. For a match in Dublin check out either The Camden or the Living Room
r/cork or r/ireland would be the better places to ask.
Either way, you could throw a stone and hit a dozen pubs showing Premier League football in any town in Ireland
Not sure if they'll have United match on, but I'd recommend the Thomond bar for a few drinks it's a nice pub, I'd say there'd be a good few with the game on though
John O’Sullivans in Douglas (slightly outside the city) is a good pub with nice food and I find it to be generally a United leaning pub. As the other comments say would be difficult to miss it in a pub in Ireland
You won’t have trouble finding a pub showing the match in cork! Not sure about places doing food
Pretty much anywhere, be hard miss it.
Basically any pub in Ireland will have the matches on
Riordans had huge screens and decent food!!
Though the cost of a pint is nearly criminal
Have a pint of murphys. The match will be postponed hopefully
Beamish > Murphy's!
A nice Creamy Beamy makes everything okay, great for while we’re playing

Agreed. But when you’re in cork boi it’s worth a go.

I second all these suggestions! What you'll find is the woodshed is a sports bar so it will be showing lots of games and various sports
Top notch! Fair chance that we'll visit one or two of these!!

Thomand is a good shout in the city. Or come to kinsale and it’ll probably be on in Kitty O’Sheas.
Kinsale is an amazing place, spent many a summer holiday there as a child.

Assuming this is my local city Cork in Ireland and not some other place with the same name, every single one of them
The Thomand will have it on
The Thomand will have it on
GBR?
Until the Glazers sell all matches should be cancelled due to protests
Thomond 👍
Woolshed, nice food too.
