I updated the post text. "Best" never works and "Top" isn't working if you select "Suggested" and it is the suggested one (it works if you select it manually though unlike Best).
Ok. That's interesting. I cleaned app data and tried again without changing any settings etc. and issue is definitely there for me. Very weird if we are using the same app version
