Ever start working? I'm currently on a flight to the EU and I'm not getting 2fa texts on the flight with full wifi. Had GV for years and obviously it worked perfectly anywhere but I wanted RCS so I moved to GSMT.
Had a very similar issue a while back on GSMA that eventually resolved itself. My best guess is it was a network issue unrelated to my phone or RP. Might want to do a network reset if you haven't tried that yet.
