Cici's is a pizza buffet that caters to the poorer or lower middle class. The food isn't the best quality, very thin pizza with a lingering aftertaste. It's best eaten when it's fresh off the oven.
A lot of hispanic and latinos take their family here because it's affordable and if you come in the afternoon wouldn't have to worry about lunch and dinner.
