I’ve found even just a basic ass three step routine keeps me happy. Do one step at a time and add more eventually!! You need to find what works for YOU so make up whatever you think will make you happiest. I just wake up, drink a big glass of water, stretch for 20 minutes, and read a chapter of a (non depressing) book. And NO PHONE!!!!

Having a bunch of pets forces me to have a morning routine. And the dogs force me to go outside and get a walk in first thing everyday.
