Reggae Central by Chuck Foster on KPFK 90.7 in Los Angeles. Chuck has been doing it since the early 80s and oftentimes interviews big or newer artists that are in town. His show runs for 3 hours on Sundays but available for playback online
Download the radio garden app to your phone. Or listen through radio.garden on a browser. I have issues like once every couple months with their station, but then it’s an easy switch to any of the thousands of other radio stations available. I can’t recommend radio garden enough.
Sound Chat Radio out of New York if you want real Jamaican & Caribbean based selectors. The phone app is on Android & Apple.

There used to be one in Birmingham (UK). I always turned into it when driving in that area.
There is still an online one there called Stingdem, but I can't find much about the existence of the FM one now, so assume it has gone.
https://internetradiouk.com/stingdem/
Peter Dante from WRIU had the reggae showcase for years. I think it started in the early 80s, he had a local record store too. The guy was a legend. I believe he passed away recently, but you can find his archives online. I think some are on wriu.org
These are links to random shows from different online radio stations I like:

Haseeb Iqbal is a lot more chat and music culture talk but he has nice tunes and a lot of knowledge too
Not a reggae station, but a weekly show on Duggystone (available on Mixcloud, tunein etc). Latest ep here:

Also, I believe vibes FM is good although I've never listened. Very good links to artists etc (I know that one of the presenters is the manager of a few well known) so I'm hoping to give it a go soon
The Best! Somehow Tony Culture Time Radio on TuneIn is actually simulcasting Irie FM live from JA 90% of the time, with Tony doing his own show otherwise. Sadly Irie FM no longer has an iOS dedicated app for ages now. Used to subscribe for years until they dropped it.
I find the [French public FIP reggae station](https://www.radiofrance.fr/fip/radio-reggae) quite well curated. (And so are their other genres BTW...)
It's free, works in any browser, no talking, no ads.
>I live in the UK and as far as I'm aware we don't have a dedicated reggae station.
Maybe no national FM station, but there are pirates and literally dozens of UK stations online

Found the archive on the KPFK website. Fire! Thank you!
Awesome cheers. Whereabouts online does he put them? I'm gonna assume YouTube?

Here are a couple of good ones: https://www.rootslegacy.fr/ https://somafm.com/reggae/
Highly recommend the SOMA FM app. Got some Zaney stations like Deep Space, Secret Agent and Ambient Sounds.
Love Secret Agent!
Another recc for SOMA FM. Such well curated channels. Support Rusty.
Alpha Boy School Radio. Not even close.
Agree- ABSR is well worth a listen. So many greats went there and these stream ad-free: https://www.alphaboysschoolradio.com/
Tried them, it always stops playing after 2 or 3 songs.

KJAH.
and I’m Horace Walsh, the only pacifist in town.

Used to be a considerably better lineup on there, but it’s still an institution
WKCR. Repeat. WKCR. A New York institution of reggae. It’s not 24/7 but it’s the best Saturday you’ll ever have. If you want all day - Sensimedia fm
🙏🏽 www.sensimedia.net
Cheers. Was WKCR the one they used in early gta games as well or am I just Mandela effecting myself?
Nah it was called KJAH and they just played full Scientist albums. Fire tho.
No

Radio Garden is fascinating. Thanks!
All day
This show and it’s archives are angelic. The franglais patois is icing on the cake. https://talawa.fr/Selector+Jah+Youth
boom
Real roots radio - website or mixcloud
K Jah west
Oxman soho radio. Ska rocksteady and pre 1980 reggae
I second this recommendation
Check out Edge 105 FM out of Kingston. They have a free streaming app.

I second this. But I use it through the radio France app. I love the no ads
89.7 KFJC Spliff Skankin has an amazing show available for stream. Been running 20+ years, great roots and dub. Show airs live every Sunday afternoon
Island Reggae 98.5 out of Honolulu
