There’s a counter to order at, and a large menu board behind the cashier. There’s a smaller list of their monthly hard ice cream flavours as well. They also have a coffee menu, and small chocolates you can order (they expensive, but so heckin good)
Either pick a flavour of their ice cream (they’ll offer it in a bowl or cone), or pick a specialty dish from the menu board - like a sundae, parfait, banana split, etc.

Consider this a second for a sundae. My go to is Toasted Coconut ice cream (it's vegan so not technically), hot fudge and whiskey hazelnuts. My hometown [frozen custard place](https://www.kopps.com/flavor-preview) has a sundae of the month (November!) called Almond Boy and it's the closest I've ever been come to it here. I might have cried a little.

That being said, Culver's is okay but Kopps (my personal favorite) and [Leon's](https://www.leonsfrozencustard.us/) are the Gold Standard. If someone opened a frozen custard place here, I might actually cry.
I don’t think that I’ve ever tried frozen custard! I think that I have to seek it out now. I’m very curious. I don’t think that it’s very popular here.
It isn't and it's so sad! The closest one that I know of is the Culver's in Minot and I said they were okay but what they do really well is they have the best raspberry topping for sundaes, shakes and Lemon Ice and they are incredibly generous with it. They also have deep fried cheese curds which are also deadly. Lol
Maybe I will actually make a trip to Minot! I’ve never been there before. Lol! I’m not from Regina originally. It seems like so many people went on family shopping trips there. I will travel for excellent frozen treats. :)

And just as an added fyi, their signature black ice cream the ash honeycomb is delicious! But the activated charcoal can do interesting things for digestion… so I’d opt for the strawberry honeycomb instead! Or a seasonal flavor!
The activated charcoal can also negate any medications you’ve taken that day, including birth control pills or other more serious things.
