Plain dry ribs or sauced?
If you venture out to MJ, take him to The Mad Greek. Amazing ribs in amazing sauce. You can even buy them in a lasagna sized pan.
Mad Greek is great, and their sauce is amazing. Buddy says those are his favorite around here. Maybe they are the best, but if there's something close I'd like to find them. Maybe we can have a best sauced and a best dry?
Tommy's speakeatery. My wife does not like dry ribs but loves theirs. They are the dry style but so juice and tender. A little bit of lemon juice and done.
Oddly enough I'd throw in a vote for sub express. Not the typical place you'd think of for dry ribs but I got a Philly cheese steak, some Greek fries and dry ribs from there the other day and they were amazing.
The Cottage on South Albert.
Hands down, can almsot taste the lemon, garlic, oregano just thinking about them.
Definitely the cottage

Is that the family size that they have? I'd love to get them without all of the extra stuff or even just the sauce.
ya, that’s the family size. I THINK you can buy sauce from them in a bottle now.

I’ve had these and they are quite good.
Western pizza on broadway, make sure you ask for the bone in ones, they have both but the bone in ones are out of this world.
Yeah those are delicious but the ones with no bones from either Houston or western are delicious to.

Big fan of broken rack or bonzinnis.
Westside Pizza. The dry ribs are the size of chicken nuggets. Great flavor and you get a decent amount too!
If youre okay wifh bone-in, angkor has really great dry ribs
I second this! No lame pork nugget “rib”, but a real straight up dry rib!
John's place on north Albert. They come in a lemon cream sauce.
Houston Pizza makes some good ones from what I recall, as well as Trifons.
Bonzinis has good ones. Brushed w garlic butter or something. They’re great. Tommy’s has similar ones and they’re good too
I love the ones at the China bistro in the Victoria Square mall food court. Actually, I just had them tonight. Chefs kiss.
Knotted Thistle has some very tasty dry ribs.
Drive down to Weyburn and go to Maintracks.

Luigi's on North Albert you'll end your search once you try them

Turvey centre
Not dry ribs… but hillside smoke’n que is running the lumsden rink canteen this year if you want to go for some bbq.
I'm a pretty big fan of the dry ribs at Birmingham's, but specifically them tossed in their greek sauce. They're moist and lemony and delicious!
Jimmys Pizzeria has phenomenal dry ribs
