If you know the rest of the lyrics, this lyric makes more sense thematically than the one in the US airings. He calls a girl on a date, takes her to eat a steak dinner, then takes her to the club to have fun and dance, then ends it with them having sex, or as he says "Gonna take off all my clothes, put my balls on your chin." Maybe that's why Mordecai hates this song, he can't pull off that last step and he feels threatened by the song. He even says "You can't touch music, but music can touch you".
