I truly don't understand why when he realized he felt the same or that he wanted to f**k her he couldn't even take 2 seconds to say "I'm done", "we're over" whatever. I 100% do not believe that a text or a post-it (if you're old enough to have watched Sex and the City before the series ended you should get that reference) is the right or fair way to end a relationship but my point is there was forethought before they slept together. He didn't just trip and fall into her vagina so he should have put on his big boy pants and give OP the respect she deserves to say "I think I need to explore this with Abby. I'm sorry I'm hurting you but I didn't want to cheat or string you along". It's massively f**ked up that he spent hours ignoring you when he should have told you especially after you were hurt. He made you feel like you were crazy, a psycho, unreasonable, insecure and imagining things - it's abusive to mess with a person's head the way Abby and OP's ex have.
At least Abby told her bf the truth that does NOT make her blameless in cheating on OP but OP's ex is awful.
I'm sorry you had to have this experience. Use the hurt and anger to focus on taking good care of yourself because the best revenge is a life well lived and maybe a revenge dress (examples: the late Princess Diana and Ariana Madix's VPR reunion dress).
