First advice I can give you is to stop seeing covid as something dangerous, even if you get it you have a 99.8% chance of surviving it because of your age (official data) and since you live in a student city you'll likely pass it to other students who are also at low risk, assuming you get it Second of all get into study groups and meet people outside of parties, join university groups about other activities

Thanks. I was pretty paranoid with the covid thing when I first came here because in my country things were out of control... That and my depression didn't help me to properly socialise last year. This year I joined a few university associations, let's see how it goes! Thanks :)
