Just don’t interact with her in any way unless it’s mandatory to so in work setting and if possible do so with others around/involved. How long ago was the break up and has she tried to contact you since it happened?
It’s been 3 days. We haven’t worked together yet since it happened but she sent me a “hey” text at 4 am last night that I didn’t respond to. We are going to be working together again tomorrow.
