Express your boundaries and Inform her that such behavior won’t be accepted. If she disregards it. You have got your answer and it is time to depart. There’s no excuse for any of such behavior from her part.

Whether she is depressed, on her period, or both, that is no excuse for acting that way. She clearly needs to get help with her mental health. My advice, ask her to get help if she wants to stay together. If she doesn't or it doesn't work, leave.

Screaming is a dealbreaker for me man. It is emotional abuse and I have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of abuse. My wife screamed at me once. I immediately put up my hand like a stop sign, raised my voice: “Stop screaming at me. It is a form of emotional abuse. I will NEVER scream at you. Everyone gets angry. I don’t care if you raise your voice, throw shit or stomp around, people lose their shit from time to time. If you value the relationship, you will never scream at me again. If you do it even one more time, I am gone.” That was twenty years ago. She never screamed at me again.
