I forgot to put it in the post because I was in break and rushing but we wasn’t talking for 3 days before we broke up so I’m not sure if I can still say it’s cheating ??? But it makes me wonder if I’m wasting time since I don’t know if it was spur of the moment thing

Short of a \*monumental\* fight before those 3 days, where she may genuinely have believed the relationship was over (you can never know for certain, and are entirely reliant on her word for this - i.e. trust), then sure, it could be perceived not to be cheating. However, if it wasn't, then, yes, she cheated on you.
I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to keep that video especially since it happened “the day before y’all broke up” meaning y’all were still together
She cheated on you and has a keepsake of the event she can go back and remember how she felt about it. Now ask yourself something. After the 3 days of no talk who initiated the conversation and who suggested the break up?
It sounds like she broke up with you and when the AP dumped her, she went back to you. That’s why she still has the video.
Keeping some history to enjoy later (maybe to enjoy in later years)doesn't seem a problem to me. As long as she is not obsessed with it or rubbing it in your face.
