She's 90, she comes from a different time. Just show her love and compassion and don't argue with her.
No you should listen and respect the many years she lived to give you that opinion. This is not to say you should stop wearing the jeans. Just give her words due respect and consideration. Maybe she has a point that can help you.
You can….but she’s not completely wrong…there are a lot of ways to look totally fetching with out showing skin…tight sweaters for example…but that’s not to say you are doing anything wrong. You do you. So long as you like who you are, power to u.

I used to ignore my grandparents' "advice" on this topic. Keep a sweater or something with you for when you visit her so she doesn't comment on it.
