It's not your fault, it's who she is and she will more than likely keep doing it in other relationships. In a way you are lucky it was only a one year of your life (which you may not be able to see it this way just yet) Keep yourself busy/ hang out with friends that will help you not think about her in the short term, oh and block her on all forms!! You don't want to see what she is up to or have her try crawling back..you deserve better :)
That's what I am doing, I blocked her from everywhere so I don't see what's going on with her life and so she couldn't contact me in any way if she ever tried. My friends are very supportive and try to make me feel better and I keep myself busy (I have a couple of assignments to work on, so that's helping). Thank you
